I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] has repeatedly denied they are required to provide the last payment received on this account. This account was out of the statue of limitations A LONG time ago. The "verification" they provided in the past does not comply with the FDCPA because they deny they are required to verify when the last payment was received. They claim I am required to trust "their records" without verifying the last funds received from me. [redacted] law firm sent them a letter in December requesting they fully disclose. They refused to comply. Then in February they sent the account to a collection company who attempted to collect and denied the account was out of the statue of limitations. These violations and their failure to comply with Texas laws are the reason [redacted] law firm is willing to assist me in suing them for violating the TX FDCPA. The CFPB told me it may be the best way to get Barclays to understand Texas law. Unless they can provide the last payment received I am ready and willing to sue for damages this deception has caused me.

I called Barclays Bank Delaware and they do not let me to reactivate my old credit card for which I did not pay annual fee, and only way they offered to open a new credit card and pay 89.00 dollars for it. They also sent me a letter with the same explanations. In the letter they stated that I can reactivate my mileage without having a credit card, I called to do it, and they said that I need to have a credit card to reactivate my milage,
So the problem was not resolved, and nothing was offered to help me.

RECEIVED LETTER FROM BARCLAYCARD STATING THAT UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES HAVE BEEN REBILLED TO MY ACCOUNT.I LOST MY WALLET WITH ALL MY PERSONAL INFO,DRIVER LIC.,ELECTORAL CARD,AND ALL MY CREDIT CARDS.I FILED A POLICE REPORT AND REPORTED CARD LOST TO COMPANY REP.THEN BARCLAY DECIDES TO LOWER MY CREDIT LINE BEING AN ID THEFT VICTIM,WHICH WAS RESOLVED AND NOW THEY REBILL MY ACCOUNT WITH UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AGAIN FOR SAME INCIDENT.I CALLED FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS AND WAS LIKE TALKING WITH WALL,NO CONSIDERATION OR ADDRESSING MY PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT.

I REQUEST THAT BARCLAYCARD IMMEDIATELY REMOVE ALL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES THAT WERE NOT MADE BY ME ON MY ACCOUNT AND STOP HARRASSING ME BY MAIL BY THE FRAUD DEPT. AND ADHERE TO FAIR CREDIT ACT RULES AND REGULATIONS!
I had a friend deposit a good amount of money within Barclays Bank, Delaware. After awaiting for the check to clear 7-10 banking days they still didn't clear the check. I then received a notification stating the amount is cleared and are "Available Balance" which means: You may operate "Money Transfer", Remote Deposits and all of the above. However, I then called Barclays C
e and they said that a "Relations Manager" will need to talk to me, he then comes on the phone and tells me that the check is Fraud! I then said, "How could that be, A friend of mines who owns the company as well as the check did the deposit his very own self!" I called my friend and he says that it was paid out to you already and I certainly wouldn't do such a thing my friend[a friend of 30 + years]. I then called the bank and asked to speak to a "Relations Manager" after 5 1/2 minutes, the same person comes on the phone and impersonates a "Relations Manager" and says that they will close my account and hung up on me, rudely! About a month after I receive a notification alert saying that a Bank Statement is available[I thought they'd shut my account down. I accessed my account and the amount of the "Fraudulent Check" was still there and hadn't been closed. Presently, I am trying to get a manager, supervisor, anyone.....I even asked them for a "Janitor" of the firm and even that, the "Customer Service Representative' said, " I am the "Janitor" we're cleaning you out!" and then hung up on me. No none there answers my inquiry at all and I am still calling to get someone. After each time I go through a call I need to give my particulars and they ID who really is calling, they all would lie and say that I will need to call back. They even "Flagged" it so the representatives would shut me down. Well, I'm gonna shut them down. NO GOOD AT ALL, BARCLAYS SUCKS!! They are straight up CRIMINALS!
