We have used SSI for a number of years They are always punctual, fix the problem or find the solution, friendly service men as well as office staff I would highly recommend them for HVAC or plumbing problems

Patrick and the main office staff were exceptional as usual fixing our boiler. Patrick has to jump through hoops to get the parts and then make it work on our older unit. He is a true professional and really cared about doing a great job and helping us. We have used SSI for 10 years now and they do not disappoint. They provide the best solution for the customer and are very responsive. We highly recommend this compnay.

SSI has been servicing my HVAC for over years and I have referred them to many friends and family Always professional, always courteous !! No matter if a preventative service check or if I have called them in an emergency, I have always been treated quickly and respectfully No matter which serviceman responds, their computer system tells them the history of my units and service calls This is very reassuring from a homeowner with older equipment Some of the service men have come to my house for years for preventative checks I have watched their children grow This speaks to the company as a whole ! They are able to keep good techs out in the field !!! Priceless !!!!

SSI recently repaired my heating system, gave it a thorough inspection, provided a range of replacement estimates, and installed the Trane system I chose The installation team was outstanding in every way SSI installed our original system years ago & the value and service provided then and since has been excellent Given the professionalism demonstrated by the those I dealt with this time, I have every expectation this system will be even more efficient and reliable

My experience with this business in general and MrClint B [redacted] in particular has been outstandingTheir MO seems to be: find out what you need, explain the options while not up-selling, explain the instillation/service as they proceed, and then provide detailed instructions afterEveryone I've met from the company has been personable, with a positive attitudeI've never felt uncomfortable with an SSI employee or service, and I don't say that lightlyAnd though no one is perfect, they absolutely will make things right if something with an instillation or service goes wrong

Clint & Joseph were on time, professional and knowledgeableOn this regular service call on our furnace and humidifier; Clint identified the specific reasons we were getting poor air flow and a large biomass which is/was affecting myself and daughter who are asthmaticsHe recommended and installed the air-scrubber plusThese two professionals were very clean and efficientI was also able to get a secondary visit scheduled to further address the air flow system issue I request Clint and Joseph be our technicians of choice for further service

I recently had my fall service performed by SSI I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the tech who did the work I hope I get him for all my work in the future I did think, however, that I would be receiving an electronic version of his work papers from the visit I have not received them
