We came back from vacation greeted w/a broken air conditioner SSI was very responsive in troubleshooting the issue and discussing options Jose C and Eric Y were responsible for the installation of our AC Unit and furnace They were punctual, professional and courteous The area where the outdoor unit needed to be installed needed to be graded and buttressed for support, this wasn't originally anticipated They were able to handle this in a timely manner w/out additional cost We are very pleased working with SSI and their staff

Geronimo did a wonderful job! It was a long tiring day for him since he had to add to the line, change the location of the connections, etc, and he never once showed annoyance or impatienceHe was courteous, thorough in his explanations and very pleasant! Thank you for great service, Gero!

I had a very positive experience during my 'shopping & comparing' period (months) - with JR A total pro Patient Very knowledgeable Seemed about as honest as one could ask for Totally humored me with many options - explaining all - due to my analytic analysis approach! :) Then comes Brendan and his #Reid - again - very positive experience Efficient Very respective of our home (floor coverings & shoe coverings (I didn't ask - they just did it.) Oh, forgot, the day before (which was the day after I had a verbal & email agreement with JR - just saying "OK, do it.", I get an SSI Thanks, and here we come email - with photos of Brendan , etcand prepping me for their arrival, and time frame re same i', a pretty demanding customer - not openly - just what I expect - they met and exceeded My hope - should there be a failure of what has so far - days into installation - seemed great - that they continue with same approach that I've experienced so far I have little or no reason to expect otherwise

The company worked with me to schedule the work for a date and time convenient to me The technician showed up on time, evaluated and informed me of what was required to solve my problem, and completed work without delay I plan to use the company again in the future

They were on time and did an excellent job They are professional and thorough I highly recommend this group

I have always received excellent service and care from the personnel at SSI This starts with the office staff and extends to the technicians that complete the work in my home I have been so impressed, that not only did I renew my HVAC contract, but also got a plumbing contract from them as well More companies should show as much compassion and professionalism as SSI KUDOS!!

Clint was at our home to do annual maintenance on our HVAC system today I was extremely impressed with Clint and his knowledge of our unique system I found him to be both thorough with his review and patient with us while he explained his findings (including pictures) and what immediate action was needed to properly maintain our existing system

Joe Rwas very professional and courteous during our annual HVAC inspection He found everything in good working order and suggested we turn off the valves from the hot water heater to the heat pump during the summer when we use air conditioning and then open them again when we start to use heat
