Patrick was here to fix my humidifier & as always he did a wonderful job! I am happy every time he comes to fix something or do the inspection for the furnace & the air conditioner Inspection in the spring. He's always polite & has a smile.

Two generations of my family have been S.S.I. customers for decades. They are one of the few companies that you will deal with that you do not have to worry about the quality of their work. They are always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They give your the feeling that they their first priority is to get it right the first time. Always confident, polite, and respectful of your property. I never hesitate to call them for any emergency repair or upgrade. Not the cheapest but in my experience, always the best.

My experience with SSI was excellent. I received an email advising me that it was time to schedule an inspection of my HVAC system; I called an the arrangements were made for an appointment with two days of my call. Joe W arrived as advertised. He is a terrific technician - completed the inspection, then advised us on how to improve the operation of the system using setting available on the thermostat. He is a very pleasant individual, knowledgeable and personable. He has worked with us for several years and he has consistently been a top performer. SSI could not have a better representative.

I recently had my fall service performed by SSI. I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the tech who did the work. I hope I get him for all my work in the future. I did think, however, that I would be receiving an electronic version of his work papers from the visit. I have not received them.

SSI has been servicing my HVAC for over 15 years and I have referred them to many friends and family. Always professional, always courteous !! No matter if a normal preventative service check or if I have called them in an emergency, I have always been treated quickly and respectfully. No matter which serviceman responds, their computer system tells them the history of my units and service calls. This is very reassuring from a homeowner with older equipment. Some of the service men have come to my house for years for preventative checks. I have watched their children grow. This speaks to the company as a whole ! They are able to keep good techs out in the field !!! Priceless !!!!

They serviced my system and found a problem. They were very prompt in fixing the problem. I have used them for over 5 years and been very pleased with their service.

Outstanding professional and courteous service - received a photo of the technician a day in advance of the appointment and received a phone call prior to his arrival on the day of the appointment. Technician left everything clean and took items with him for recycling. This was a very positive and pleasant business experience.

Service Specialties Inc has provide me the best service I have ever had. The technician Clint did an outstanding Job. He was very professional and detailed in his work and fully understood the operations and requirements of my heating and AC system. His workman ship was superior in nature and his Quality was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and why at all times. I made contact with SSI to fix my senior fathers heating and AC systems because I had had a poor service and poor customer service all the way to senior management from another large local heating company. SSI has exceed my expectations and because of that I am now a loyal customer.

SSI and Rob R, the service professional did an excellent job. They were professional in their conduct and clearly had the expertise that we hired them for. We've used SSI in the past and they are our preferred service company for our plumbing needs.

Patrick K[redacted] of SSI quickly responded to my call for assistance in my furnace room. It didn't take long for him to identify and fix the leak in the humidifier line. He did a superb clean-up job after ensuring all the joints in the line are secure.

Solicited estimates from 5 various companies. Water Heater, Air Conditioner, HVAC were in excess of 24-26 years old in the condo I purchased. During the Christmas holiday timeframe the entire system was failing of which 2 companies would not offer an estimate until after the New Year. SSI, Bill Blair immediately scheduled an estimate appointment, assessed the system took the necessary measurements of all units involved. The crew of 6 arrived promptly to undertake a massive overhaul of the system spending in excess of 9+ hours to include the piping. Truly a professional crew, which they took extreme care to ensure no damage was done to the condo. With the job completed I am impressed with the new efficiency of the entire system. The efficiency, the price, and the understanding of the customer to address any concerns was impressive. The support staff, and even the dispatcher were kept informed as to the status of the job on site.

Competence, reliability, and excellent customer service is what Service Specialties delivers. Their service staff are completely professional.

Today we had our semi-annual service maintenance checkup. Clint B. was the tech who performed the test and you couldn't ask for a better service rep. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and the results of the test. A great representative for his company..........I would recommend both him and SSI to anyone.

This is my first experience with Service Specialties having recently purchased this house. The previous owner had a contract so we were able to have our semi-annual "visit " for free. The technician who came, Joe W., was great. The company called to remind us of the appointment a month before and then called again today to check that we were home. Joe was on time (I wish some of the other services had been as good), friendly, polite, and quite knowledgeable. He made us feel that we were the only people and was "undistracted".
Since this was our first meeting, he gave us a full explanation of the equipment, what was needed and what was in good condition. It also helped that he was the same technician who had made most of the previous visits. He was also extremely supportive of the company in general. It''s good to see loyalty like this. I look forward to future visits.
