As always, Jason, the technician, arrived promptly. He worked quietly and quickly and left everything in perfect order. We have been with Service Champions for about 10 years, and just wanted to say that every employee that we have come into contact with has always been very professional. Scott Sutton was our last service rep and he did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and he explained things to me in a very easy way to understand. Thank you! He gave the unit a thorough check-up and explained everything that he was doing, showing parts that were cleaned and photos that were taken to indicate possible future concerns. It was a pleasure to have a repairman that was very friendly, courteous, and did not pressure you into any extra service. There were a few concerns and [redacted] explained them very well and left it up to the customer to decide what to do without pushing the issue. When he concluded doing the tune-up, I felt very confident that the job was done with utmost care.

Very few businesses are willing to admit a mistake and even fewer willing to admit, correct and refund. Found that this company is unique during my 60 years in this state by living up to its corporate creed and treating a client like a five-star customer. Am extremely pleased with the work and will remain a client for as long as I own this property.

Paulo and his partner Caesar installed HVAC equipment at my home. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, efficient, kind, considerate, well mannered, delighted individuals who showed respect and care for my home, and myself during the three visits necessary to complete the work. I cannot say enough about their kindness and consideration. I give much praise to Service Champions for hiring and keeping such great people on their staff.

Service Champions came out to perform the annual maintenance check on my furnace. They were supposed to come a few days ago but their technician got hung up at another job. They gladly made room for me a few days later even though their dispatcher said they were booked until December. [redacted]. was very knowledgable and professional. I'm glad I chose them.

Aubrey W of Service Champions took care of our service call today....I can't say enough how professional, detail-oriented, kind and nice these people are. They never rush through their jobs and make sure you understand whatever the issue is....they will listen to what you have to say and if a problem, they will explain to where you can understand and tell you different options; they do not push you... which we very much appreciate Aubrey was great and we look forward to seeing him again.

We thoroughly enjoyed having Erland and his co-worker at our house on Saturday. Erland knew his job and was very professional, courtesy and friendly.
