hired semper Solaris to install a new roof and solar panels on 2-19-when I sign the contract I gave $1,to sales rep- Joshua [redacted] , he told me that they where going to take care of everything, on 3-12-I had surgery I was out for about weeks with med-, on 3-10-18,,sent check with crew,I ask Rafael another rep-for semper Solarplease send me copies of the checks I had given them ,but to my surprise he said in a text that I been put on a mechanic lien on the house for none payment ,the thing is a had this deal SEMPER SOLARIS put on web site saying O DOWN & O PAYMENTS UNTIL ,,I GAVE THEM THE $5,TO MAKE MY PAYMENTS LOWER, I have copies of the specials they had on line ,if you need them just ask me where to send them ,,..When I was doing the contract with Joshua he gave me the web site to apply for the loan balance later they send me a email saying that I was approve but that's when I had surgery , I did not open the full web site until it was to late
