Dear Ms [redacted] ,We have received a copy of your concern filed with the Revdex.com I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you I would like you to know that we do a two part enrollment call so that the program is completely explained and our members know that it can take up to weeks to receive their first shipment of medicationsIt was also during those calls that we explained the pharmaceutical company would require you to sign a letter of attestation once they received your application.After review of your account and after speaking with a representative at the pharmaceutical company, it appears that you have, indeed, been enrolled fully in the program and that your first shipment of medication was sent to your home on 12-29- The representative stated they sent you a request to sign the attestation letter on 11-25-and it was not returned to them until 12-20-2014.The fees you paid SCBN are for your monthly membership and not for medications Please keep in mind that you are fully enrolled with the pharmaceutical company's patient assistance program as a direct result of our assistance Therefore, at this time, we feel a refund is not warranted.Should you need assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact our office.Thank you,Member ServicesSCBN

I had requested via phone on 1/2/that this business be investigated as to whether they should be accepting applications from those who have insuranceIf I am not mistaken, I read online that they do notIf this is the case, [redacted] should never have accepted my application or medication money [redacted] said nothing about a two-part enrollment for approvalRather, that upon approval, I would get the medicationI was approvedI should have gotten the medication without being transferred to [redacted] for any membership that I did not request or want($within less than a month, no less)Upon $and approval, receipt of medication as quoted by [redacted] Period [redacted] was very well aware that I needed the medication during the donut hole since I informed him during my first conversation with himThat was the ONLY reason for my callI still maintain my complaint as above in order to deceitfully get membership for SCBNMembership that someone going through the donut hole does not need or want because they have insuranceUnless, they originally request itI did notWhy? Complaint: 10276645 I am rejecting this response because: I only received 90 days worth of medicine according to the pharmacy. In all actuality what they sent was wrong, I was supposed to receive 180 days worth of Sevella 25mg tablets, and they sent 90 days worth of 100mg tablets. Thankfully I caught the error and am cutting the pills into quarters, this could have caused an overdose. I have officially canceled mu subscription there and will never use them again. Not only did SCBN take 3 months to get there act together and send the medicine, but the pharmacy they used also screwed up by sending the wrong amount of medicine and the wrong dosage as well. Personally I think they should be put out of business, the only thing I got for paying for their services was a headache. And even though I ended up with at least a years worth of medicine I now have to cut the pills into quarters, which is just another pain in the butt. I would not recommend that anyone use this company, EVER!!!!! Regards, [redacted] ***

this situation has not resolved at all this is a scam I received one of three medications after I cancelled my drafts its a cute tactic to look as if they were on things it was also not for the correct amount of pills and ther were no bank requests for monies returned these are lies I also supplied every bit of info including tax returns and many documents everything that was asked of me and in fact when on the phone which is supposedly recorded I was told -weeks these people are liars and this is absolutely a scam this is not resolved in the least
