[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Paragraph does not apply because I purchased the additional coverage for well pump The following paragraph (6.4.4) of the contract applies so well pump should be 100% covered See attached contract confirming additional coverage for well pump: Well PumpThis Agreement covers all components of well pump, provided the well is the primary water source to the covered homeThis Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the well pump: (i) well casings; (ii) holding and storage tanks; (iii) piping or electrical lines leading to or connecting pressure tank and covered home; (iv) re-drilling of wells; (v) booster pumps; and (vi) components for geothermal/heat pumps [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
The customers refund check was originally mailed out in JuneWhen the customer contracted our office they informed us that they did not receive itA new check was issued and mailed out on 7/19/check #***The customer should be receiving their refund within the next couple of business days

The customer has been informed that all of our technicians have no immediate available appointmentsThe customer has been offered to secure their own technician and provide a diagnosis but they are refusing to do so
The customer has already been approved the policy maximum of $without maintenance records on the unitPlease see section of the policy "Select reserves the right to request prior years (3) maintenance records and/or pictures, without proper maintenance records and pictures the maximum payout on any system/appliance is up to $150.00."There are no more funds due to the customer
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I still want it noted that the company tried to switch our contract and use a newer contract against us It took me way to long to fight with the company I think they used a dishonest practice trying to send me a newer contract that I had not signed up for This should be followed up!Also, it is 8/10/and I have not received my check yet They still have yet to get me my per my agreement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My reply didn't allow me to type anythingI wanted to let you know in reply to the company's reply about the complaint they didn't tell you everythingThey told me to get my own tech to repair the washer but I explained to them several times I have names and time's I spoke to them I have called different places but no one will diagnose the washer and call Select home warranty company to ok any repairs everyone tells me they will fix it and I have to pay them and I can try to get reimbursed for the repairs but even the home warranty company told me they don't pay 100% for repairs they only pay a percentage of what the repair company wants and it is what the company thinks is "reasonable" They are not mentioning I was told to get my family to come take my clothes to the laundry mat but I don't have any family in TN They all live in WI and I hurt my back which I had surgery on years ago lifting a clothes basket trying to get stuff to the laundry mat and back and had to see a drwhich cost me out of pocket money as well as they are charging my insuranceThey told me on the phone it could take a month or long to get someone out here to diagnose it "or longer but" they said they "hope not longer"My clothes will get moldy with the triple digit heat we have been dealing with if they sit in the laundry basketThe company said I can pay for repairs but I will have to cover whatever they don't but that is the reason I paid for the home warranty to have this stuff coveredAlso if a person comes to diagnose the washer they said they need to be paid for that on the spot they won't call any company to get "authorization"I wanted you to get the whole story they are only telling you part of it the part they want you to hearThanks any questions just ask me Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated before this company gives you the run aroundI do not want their offer of the checkIt was only offered after the Revdex.com got involvedI do not trust this company they have lied to me numerous of timesAfter my first initial call on Sept thru Oct which was days of calling over and over trying to get this issue repaired with not respond Yes they did approved the job on Oct 12, but they still did not give the technical the order to do the jobTHEY PLAY GAMES, IF IT WASN'T FOR Revdex.com THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT IN TOUCH WITH MEDON'T WANT THEIR CHECK AND SINCE THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB I DESERVE MY REFUND Regards, [redacted]

Select Home Warranty has issued a refund directly back to the customers credit card on 07/06/
Mr [redacted] spoke with the customer and she stated that she was not happy with our plumberThe customer was offered for her to get a second opinion and provide a diagnosis but she refused to get oneCustomer request to cancel her warranty and was informed that she will receive a pro-rated refundThe customer understoodCancellation is being processed and a check will be mailed out
The claim is covered , we have reached out to the customer but have not heard back yet
The customer has been previously informed that they are not entitled to a full refund per section of their contractThe customer has been refunded their June installment and their account has been cancelled per their requestNo additional funds are due at this time
The customer policy was not active at the time of the claimHowever we will send the customer a $check as a food willPlease allow 7-days to arrive
Select Home Warranty has had to pay the technician for the diagnosis at the customers home, we have already refunded them for the policy, but we are unable to refund for work the technician has done
Mr *** spoke with the customer and the customers cancellation fee will be waivedThe customer is in agreement
