Just bought a 2009 Volvo S40 from here. My previous car was totalled in the hail storm and Bill and Zach worked with me through the insurance process to get the down payment figured out and get me in the newer car before even losing my former car to the insurance company. The cars on the lot are clean and run well, for the most part upper end vehicles. Worth dropping in to shop and talk.

I personally worked with Annette, Bill, and Zach and they were very exceedingly nice and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured to purchase a car that was not right for me. In addition, the team helped us through the paper work and were extremely patient. I highly recommend coming here for a used car!

I placed a deposit to purchase a car on May 9th. Returning on May 10th to complete the purchase, I was advised that the car was misrepresented to me. But, for an extra $2,000 I could purchase the vehicle that was represented. The sales manager ***, called later to inform me it was his salesmans fault, but he was not willing to remedy the situation. He then called me an it and told me that I knew nothing about the issue of "bait and switch". The dealer has no integrity and is willing to blame everyone but themselves.
