Thank you again for your response. We did everything in our power to diagnose and repair this issue. Unfortunately, this was an issue that was difficult to diagnose and fix. In fact, we had over (5) outside 3rd party vendors including the manfacturer Dodge, that were unable to determine the cause or repair. In the end, we facilitated a local unrelated repair shop in Pueblo close to you so that it would be more convenient for you. They were able to identify the issue and repair it.  In addition, we paid for all of this work which cost us over $1,500.  Again, we are sorry for the time inconvenience, but hopefully you can understand and respect that we paid to repair an issue that we were un-aware of until you informed us after the sale- which we are not required by law to do.
