I am sorry that you closed this issue, I misunderstood your last email.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEIR COMPANY.Since you have dropped the issue, can you at least tell me what, if any, options I have nowconcerning this issue. At this point its not even the matter of getting my $100.00 rebate card, although it will be nice,its the general principal of the matter. I did my part in getting their information back to themin a timely fashion, and THEY haven't followed through with their part. I cannot conceive the notion that they have had so many cards to deal with, that we haven'tgotten ours. the customer multiple times on 05/26/2016 regarding his concerns. The customer must submit a “Notice of Cancelation” within a 3 day time period after their installation. We did not receive this customer’s form until 05/26/2016 and the form was not dated as to when he signed it. I personally spoke with the customer yesterday and was not able to speak due to the customer being very upset. The customer spoke with a few representatives after that and they did advise him the same as I was trying to. The customer did not complete the Notice of Cancelation within the allotted time and therefore we cannot release him from the contract. If the customer would like to cancel out the account, he would be responsible for 75% of the remaining contract. We did attempt to help the customer by sending a technician out to the home but he would not allow us to assist. as of march 13, 2016 I have not received the gift card
I had purchased [redacted] and this company came to Install it. After telling us it would be 800 we agreed to let the guy install. It took 5 hours and when all was said and done the bill was 1200. Then the guy said if you make a check out to me personally I can give them to you for cheaper. When we left I called and cancelled everything. He wouldn't take no for an answer. When he found out we had cancelled he became angry and said we had poor credit aND was just really shady.

Thank you for reaching out to Security Alarm Now. Their argument is that they've been sending me letters and leaving me voice mails. All calls go to my cell phone, and I never received one from them. Or at the very least, no one ever left me a message identifying themselves as being from Security Alarm Now. I don't return calls to robot messages as they are telemarketers, so if their system uses that kind of service they won't get a call back from me.
As for a call to their service I made in May, I don't remember that, and if I had made the call and they told me my account was past due I would have rectified the situation immediately. Also, no repairs were ever performed or needed, and my alarm continued to work all the way till late October.
I have not been receiving invoices in the mail either. The first thing I received in the mail regarding this matter was the collections letter. Obviously I check my mail, which is how I came across that letter. I immediately acted on it.
I feel as if this is a sham by their company: as soon as a client misses a payment, let it go till they can put them into collections and collect the full contract amount even though they've only been signed up for a small amount of the time. They get out of their services early and then get to collect for the full amount.
My hope is that this isn't the case, and that I've just been pushed through the system automatically without anyone taking time to look and see that I admit I missed the payments by way of my CC being cancelled, and once I realized it I've made every effort to solve the problem and continue with my contract.
Since day one of this, I have offered to immediately make a payment via credit card on the past due balance and to bring my account current, as well as set up my monthly billing again on another card that we don't use in public or online so I don't have to worry about it getting stolen and this happening again. I will make that payment IMMEDIATELY, and I have stated as such before.
I'm not trying to get out of my contract, if anything I'm trying to get back IN. I'm not trying to skirt on making any past due payments, I've said I would pay to bring my account current as soon as they would take my call.
More than anything, I just want my house to be secure again, as I thought it had been up until October. I am willing to continue on with my contract with this company until it is complete if they are willing to accept payment and take my account out of collections.
They have a quote on their website in the "Our Values" part that says: “We believe that when we focus on “always doing what is right,” good
things will come.”
I'd like to see them stick to that. Thank you.

Accordingly, I had ADT (m[redacted]) changed the account holder name to [redacted] so that ADT has no problem to get monthly payments from that card for monitoring the Security System.Seems that my name change with ADT was not automatically reflected on ADT Dealer's record, so Security Alarm Now does not have record of "[redacted]", but they should have record of "[redacted]", while both records link to the same address (to where the system located): [redacted] U3That's the address I put on VISA GIFT CARD REBATE FORM under the Name of [redacted] and Monitoring Account Number of[redacted]9. I completed the form on 5/28/15 and mailed to Security Alarm Now along with a copy of signed contract, then called them in June 2015 to make sure it's received.Anyway, two names, same person. as of this time - this company has lied about what they were going to do. I have not received any tracking information, no check and it has been 2 days since they were to send out the check. I have called this company on Tuesday and spoke with Taylor and she had no information to give to me about this - I left a message on the service managers voice mail for a return call. I left a message for the company to also return my call. I called on Wednesday and still Taylor had no information to tell me and again I left a message on the service mangers voice mail. NO RETURN CALL NO CHECK NO TRACING NUMBER. This company is good at not telling the truth I am glad its not my conscience that I have to live with - NOT A GOOD COMPANY AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
