Roto Rooter stands by our original assertion. Roto Rooter would not "love" to have Mr. [redacted] "forget" or have "died". There is no guilt on the company. Roto Rooter's position was clear right from the start as expressed in Mr. [redacted] original action in early 2015. The work performed is obvious on the invoice and signed off on by the people or persons who occupy the rental. We apologize that the Revdex.com complaint was not addressed earlier but it came to our attention on September 1st, 2016.Tell us why here...

On this issue, Roto Rooter would be willing to refund the $800.00 assigned to invoice 113156....

There was a prior invoice one day earlier for $375.00. We feel this is a fair offer since we could not clear the line on the first attempt.
 
Roto Rooter denies any “elder abuse” claims and hope that Ms. Corbin finds this a fair offer.

there was no damage to our driveway. we did not ask them not to cut our driveway. you can look at their invoice and it says cut driveway or go under.  nowhere does it say do not cut driveway. as far as their pictures I would like to see them. when they came out here after we called them he said he had pictures. he failed to bring them up on his phone to show us.

Roto Rooter completely disagrees with Ms. [redacted]'s allegations. The invoice clearly shows that the work performed was for $80.00 and was agreed to and signed for. months later and make claims like this do not hold credibility with our 40 year old company. No contractor in their right mind could replace a water heater as she suggests at $150.00. The cost of the water heater heater alone would be well over $400.00. Her request for a fabricated altered invoice or a refund of $70.00 is denied.

Well, I will make it simple.  I sent this complaint back in January of 2015 and this is the first time I have heard back from Roto Rooter (RR).  I guess the delay was that RR would have loved that I would have forgotten about the complaint or maybe died.  The delay tells me the guilt of the company.  That's all I have to say......Thank you Revdex.com.

Roto Rooter adjusted both invoices to show a zero balance due. One was for $225.00 and one for $985.00. Customer does not owe anything to Roto Rooter. We can't do anything about another companies bill.
