we had plugged drains Roto Rooter service call arrived, scoped drains with camera, said we had roots blocking sewer proposed fixing the problem gave us an estimate to fix of OVER $17, we asked for alternative solution, gave us an estimate of nearly $5,(claimed they could not fit their equipment into doorways of bathroom) We agreed and They scheduled to start the next day after some time to "think about it" called another plumber who arrived in a few hours, after minutes of work they had the drain clear and checked it with a camera and it was PERFECT all for $ !!!! ROTO ROOTER SCAMS people into services they DO NOT NEED !!! the plumber who fixed our problem said he has the EXACT situation daily where Roto Rooter is bidding/charging outrageous rates to break out concrete and landscape and walls, which, is NOT needed (in MOST cases) in order to clear a drain SCAM, SCAM SCAM, stay away from them

The reason for the extra cost was that there wasn't a code cleanout to perform the work and Roto Rooter had to gain access from a vent on the roofHowever, we will refund the $It will take to seven business days to process.Thank you

We have no record of a call associated with ** *** on 1-27-and do not have an *** working for usIt could be possible that the customer used another Roto Rooter franchise located in san DiegoIs there an address where the work was performed

4. we asked for alternative solution, gave us an estimate of nearly $5,000.00 (claimed they could not fit their equipment into doorways of bathroom)
5. We agreed and They scheduled to start the next day.
6. after some time to "think about it" called another plumber who arrived in a few hours, after 40 minutes of work they had the drain clear and checked it with a camera and it was PERFECT all for $168.00 !!!!
