I waited for days, while my house tempregistered to degrees As of the writing of the email, I am still waiting for manager Lisa to callI have cancelled my policy and urge y'all to look for disciplined and conscientious companies that will honor their wordsRun, don't walk from this company! We had the worst plumbing crisis too close to holiday season and it was a life saver that Secure was able to respond so quicklyI decided I will be renewing my two year this coming february, I've tried the other companies and secure is most accomodating so far

Over last weekend my husband had noticed that he heard a shaking sound in the vents in the ceilingAfter we went through setting up the whole claim we found out that it was the ducting that neeeded to be reattachedSecure home was very helpful with getting things resolved asap
I live in Indiana and managed properties in the state, what shocked me about Secure was that they were willing to work with all of my properties regardless of the different tenants that rent outThe claims work as follows: my tenant calls Secure if they come across any problems in the house/unit if it's a big repair then Secure reaches out to me to see what the best option isBut for small claims like a faucet fix or a microwave fix I don have to get involved and am covered which saves me a lot of timeWe have great understanding and plan to continue this good relationship with Secure

The contractor so far is real kind and just has to return tomorrow with a new part to install, & will be on his way. Most importantly phone rep was actually decent. Sincere warranty service
I switched to Secure Home Warranty for their low annual price and low service fee... What a mistake. Our first service call was for a well pump (covered) - the only supply of water to our home. The company had poor customer service, email was sent to me like I was a contractor, and no sense of urgency or ability to expedite request. 2 weeks later the request was "under review" and I was told the part that needed to be replaced (pressure switch) was not covered - but they'd pay half of $300 to show I'm a valued customer. What a waste of money and time. Cancelling today and going to a trusted company - lesson learned.
