I've been workin with Magic Touch for the past years or so I find the get the job done well and on time Recently, I moved into a new home and received a few bids on how to manage the AC in my home Magic's bid was on par with the others, and in addition they helped me put in a split unit that was just new on the marketOne that could could be maintained from within the house and not the attic This is important to me because I needed insulation in our attic that would not be disturbed I've also had bad smells in the house from previous smokers, and one of their techs helped me to understand options I had to assist me with this So isn't in just what they can do for you, it's the breadth of what they know about that helps provide you with a whole house solution It's hard to say if they are on the cheaper end of AC providers, but I can say they are high on my cost effectiveness scale I'll keep doing business with them

I informed the company that my Ac was turning off and on and temperature inside the house would go up at that timeIf we hosed down the Ac it would start working againThey send someone out to clean it and look it over for $They came out cleaned it and said it needed a capacitorI told them it was still under warranty and that it should be covered, they said we would have to call the manufacturer to see if part was coveredThey quoted $300+ To replace- our understanding was that was for parts & laborWe called their office gave them the phone number to call to make the warranty claimThey said they would have the service man & manager come out the next dayThey came out and said again it was the capacitor and it would be $300+ I said again the part was covered & that I had called their office the day before with infoFor them to make the claim so it should not be $300+They said we needed to call their office again and the left( keep in mind the tempOutside was both these days) I called their office again the woman on the phone was rude and insisted that the labor cost was $300+ I said they had told me the day before that $300+ would be the cost for parts & labor not just labor which is what I should only be paying since part was coveredI asked for a manager to call-- NEVER got a call backI went on line and looked up the capacitor that they said was bad and found it only takes 10minTo replace and cost was $or less so their quote was way out of line! I called another Revdex.com company who came over for free , checked everything out, tightened up some things said there was nothing wrong with the capacitorAC has worked fine since Was very dissatisfied with MagicTouch

Magic Touch Mechanical is a excellent company It is operated by professional individuals with a very high level of integrity that genuinely care about providing high quality products and service to their customersIn we purchased a home and knew at the time it needed both of the HVAC systems replaced. We have been very pleased with the new systems installed in our home both from a comfort and energy efficiency perspectiveIn we decided to upgrade our attached garage by installing a ductless mini-split system to cool the space so it could be used as a woodworking shop What we ended up with was so much more because we now have a wonderfully large multipurpose room that makes a great workshop and more simply because we can cool the garage to a comfortable level whenever we want to During the hot summer season it is so nice to be able to get out of the house and into the large open space of the garage to work on projects and be able to do so in a nice comfortable climate controlled space. The ductless mini-split system allows us to enjoy working on projects in the garage any time of the day or night regardless of the weather outside One really nice feature of the ductless mini-split that is worth noting is it runs very quietly so we have a peaceful environment that is not ruined by something on the order of a noisy window air conditioner If you are looking for a great HVAC company, go with Magic Touch Mechanical and save yourself a lot of frustration and regret as you enjoy the comfort created by the excellent work they do
