happy to report that [redacted] and his have team resolved most of the problems to our satisfaction, and they are working on completing the other items. The main complaint was about the cracks in our patio. Not only did they remove the old cracked concrete, but they replaced it with concrete pavers, and the surface looks even better than before, and will be easy to fix if there are any problems in the future. We are very satisfied with the work that has been completed, and would recommend the builder to any prospective client.

Had[redacted] and his team draw deck/patio plans for a new outdoor space. We lived the drawings and the simplicity it was to get permits from the county! His team was very professional and did a great job! We live the new space we have to enjoy!

One of our employees did make some mistakes on this project and he has since quit our company.

work things out with Mrs. [redacted] but they are very difficult to work with.
We did not steal anything from the job. Two saw horses were taken back to our garage that we thought belonged to us as we have many metal saw horses. We have since returned those saw horses.
It is our sincere intent to settle this claim in a fair manner with this customer. We have never had a single complaint in the past.
