***I had to drive miles to take care of what Samsonite should have done when I emailed them several times and they did nothingThey are now responding to me after lodging a complaint with the Revdex.comThis piece of luggage was defected and samsonite needs to replace the luggageThe luggage is over in *** *** ,the fact it broke on the very first time we used it and couldn't even use it on our tripI emailed the receipt and warranty on this new piece of luggageI am done with samsonite and they will not get our business in the future when replaceing luggage we have

I've called the website customer service 3-days a week for weeks straight now and they are constantly unable to help meThe website customer service says my refund is coming, but then it never showsThey also say that Samsonite Headquarters will work my case and refund my money, but they are not doing that eitherI've been promised my refund for over a monthThe website customer service contacting me to tell me the same thing I hear 3-days a week is not acceptable; refunding my money is the only acceptable response from SamsoniteI would also appreciate a call from the executive staff explaining why Samsonite has disregarded my case, not the website customer service

The response is that customer
service will contact me directly. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service over the last days and was given that same response when they were unable to answer my questions or satisfy my issue. Based on that I don't believe that they will call me directly. Until I receive communication from Samsonite and they refund my money and cover shipping costs I will not be satisfied

We are checking with our warehouse to see if they did get the return when the customer refused the packageOnce she gets confirmation, we can then go ahead and refund him for the bag
