Since day one I have had a great experiences with Sage pest control. They have always been very professional and thorough in all that they do. I would recommend them to any one who may be in need of pest services.
Buyer beware. Make sure that you read your contract before signing. There was no similarity between the salesman's representation and the contract they asked me to sign the next day. They had to postpone their initial appointment because they double booked then showed up late after they double booking. They promised me no early termination fee after 90 days only to have $110 fee show up on the contract. I have found many discrepancies. Very unprofessional .....
A real nice sales guy came to my door and sold me the pest control service from Sage. I got a recommendation from a friend because their company uses Sage, so I signed up. I have had nothing but problems since. After the "initial service" I noticed no change; bugs actually got worse. So, I called them back (a free visit, which is a nice perk). They missed the appointment with no call and had to reschedule. Apparently they can't do an inside treatment when it rains? It rains again and I don't get another call, so I assume they're coming the next day. Au contraire! They had bumped me out another week! I fought this time and got them to come a few days later. After the second visit I noticed results and dead bugs turn up from time to time along the base boards so I know it's working. Why didn't that happen the first time?
Then they called to schedule my quarterly appointment. It rained and this time the guy called and left me a message telling me to reschedule with the office. No big deal. I called and scheduled with a lady in the office. She gave me 2 time frames: 8-10am or 4-6pm. I chose the 8-10, just as I did for the previous appointment. I called at 9 the day of the appointment (by the way, they set appointments at 8, but the office doesn't open until 9. Doesn't seem right?) and the guy told me that I was on from 4-6. I became angry and demanded that someone be at my house before 10 because I stayed home from work. He put me on hold and said came back to say he would make it happen before 10, which is still left to be seen as it is 9:45 now. Stay away from Sage! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am going to ask for an email confirmation from now on and I recommend you do the same if you dare sign up!
I used Insight Pest Control service for 2 years. Before even end of 3 months, we see bugs coming out. Ever since I switched to Sage, we never have bugs problem. Kids are very happy with bugs free house and feel safe around the house too! Very nice staff. They also clean webs around the house. Every service Sage giving enough time to do service either inside or outside house. Very happy with Sage Pest Control!
Sage always shows up on time and takes care of any and all problems I have in the interim. Their products are environmentally friendly and not harmful to my pet. They always work their schedule around ours and offer competitive pricing.
