A real nice sales guy came to my door and sold me the pest control service from SageI got a recommendation from a friend because their company uses Sage, so I signed upI have had nothing but problems sinceAfter the "initial service" I noticed no change; bugs actually got worseSo, I called them back (a free visit, which is a nice perk)They missed the appointment with no call and had to rescheduleApparently they can't do an inside treatment when it rains? It rains again and I don't get another call, so I assume they're coming the next dayAu contraire! They had bumped me out another week! I fought this time and got them to come a few days laterAfter the second visit I noticed results and dead bugs turn up from time to time along the base boards so I know it's workingWhy didn't that happen the first time? Then they called to schedule my quarterly appointmentIt rained and this time the guy called and left me a message telling me to reschedule with the officeNo big dealI called and scheduled with a lady in the officeShe gave me time frames: 8-10am or 4-6pmI chose the 8-10, just as I did for the previous appointmentI called at the day of the appointment (by the way, they set appointments at 8, but the office doesn't open until Doesn't seem right?) and the guy told me that I was on from 4-I became angry and demanded that someone be at my house before because I stayed home from workHe put me on hold and said came back to say he would make it happen before 10, which is still left to be seen as it is 9:nowStay away from Sage! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desiredI am going to ask for an email confirmation from now on and I recommend you do the same if you dare sign up!
Great company I was a little unhappy at first but then I told them I was having issues and they went above and beyond to fix the issue and I really noticed the bugs dying and not as badTold customer service and they told the tech and he also told me as well if I have issues and they need to come out and respray they will and the techs are always helpful and friendly

After our initial bad experience with the door-to-door salesman, we didn't plan to sign up However, after some comparative shopping, we decided to give it a try So far we have been reasonably happy with their eco-friendly approach, their thorough treatment of the outside to prevent pests from moving indoors, and their willigness to return for a free application between quarterlies if needed So far so good
I am a new customer with Sage Pest Control and I have to say I'm impressed Everyone I've come in contact with at has been very nice and patient They took time with me and answered all of my questions At the beginning of the summer, we were having problems with ants and spiders inside the house, and the wasp thought it was a great idea to build their nest in the walkway to my front door I called them and they came out the next day, remove the wasp nest and treated the inside and outside of the house Within day's I could see that it was working I would highly recommend the Charlotte team

Sage's customer service is very poor and their office seems very unorganized. Though I am reminded that I did not read my contract thoroughly, paying an additional $175.00 for four years for extended service protection seemed illogical, so I refused their service. And though I may have missed this on the quote, I would just like for all possible customers of sage to be aware of this practice. As mad as it made me today I sincerely feel if I had known this up front I never would have perused their services. Buyers beware.
I switched to Sage Pest control from another very reputable pest control company for the reason that their services for the prices seemed too good to be true. We were happy with our other provider but we are certainly not regretting switching to Sage. Our experience with them over the past year has been great, they do so much for the price our other provider would triple the cost for. Not only have they taken care of the inside of the house, but also the outside, the bushes, and the yard. We also had moles which I figured would charge me extra for them to take care of, and to my surprise that was included. They put out traps at no extra cost. The only thing I'd like to see them improve upon is their timing when notifying customers of when they are expected to stop by is usually less than 24 hours. More time would allow us to make sure someone is home to let them in the house. Other than that we've been very happy with our switch to Sage and highly recommend their services.
Sage Pest Control lets me know when to expect a visit. They show up when scheduled, and if there is ever an issue, they will conveniently come back to spray target areas again. I have noticed less pests since using Sage, and their prices are competitive.
