I wish that all of your company can repair the credit card reader and refill those Glacier Water machines they are out of service and the first customer in front of me was very frustrated with the machines for it didn't take her cash and I am not too pleased with a machine that doesn't work or function properly! If you guys repair those machine I would appreciate that Thankyou.

Upon receipt of this complaint we referred [redacted] concern with the Store ManagerThe Store Manager had a meeting with his Bakery team and addressed the concerns that [redacted] hadHe attempted to contact [redacted] by telephone, but the number provided was a non-working numberWe have sent an email to [redacted] to apologize for the delay and to let him know that his concerns were addressed and if he has any additional questions or concerns the Store Manager would be happy to assist him

Upon receipt of this concern, we forwarded to our Home Delivery ManagerHome Delivery processed the $ [redacted] refund to [redacted] EBT card and the $ [redacted] refund to her credit cardThey attached the receipts showing both refunds to her paperwork[redacted] placed a new order today for her EBT card We had everything on her order and processed itWe also verified everything was thereWe also have a redelivery and pick up/exchange for [redacted] today as wellWe have the items to take out to her and the instructions to pick up some shrimpHer replacement shrimp was processed by the meat deptand the store personally put it with todays EBT orderHer "missing" Refreshe soda (diet lemom lime liter) is also with her EBT order

Upon receipt of this complaint we referred MsKnaack's concerns to a Manager of Home DeliveryThe Manager advised that she attempted to contact MsKnaack once on Wedensday, [redacted] ***, and twice on Thursday, [redacted] ***MsSmith left two voicemail messages to let the customer know she was trying to reach herWe do apologize for the inconvenience and should MsKnaack wish to speak to someone in our Home Delivery department about this she can call 1-877-505-between the hours of 8am and 9pmWe did forward her concerns to the Director of Home Delivery for further review

The Safeway Gas Station at Pueblo West is being deceptive to the public by posting their discounted gas price on their large lighted sign instead of their regular price that is available to all customers A person traveling on Highway will see a lighted "loaf and jug" sign on the South side showing the full price of their gasoline Same person will also see a lighted "Safeway" sign on the North side showing the discounted price of their gasoline Safeway's posted discounted price is approximately cents below the posted price of Loaf and Jug Safeway's discounted gas price amounts to giving a cent discount to those customers who pay cash or use a debit card for their purchase Those customers using credit cards will be surcharged approx cents per gallon Safeway does not post at their pumps that credit card customers are paying a surcharge on their gas purchases Safeway is using deception to lure gas customers to their station by posting a gas price that is available to only those certain customers who have the ability to pay cash
