About a week or so after filing the complaint I received an e-mail that the first order for the water tanks had shipped. They have since arrived. Then I received a letter from the credit card company saying the second order for the rooftop A/C...

unit had been charged back. A couple of days ago I received another e-mail from the company that the money for the A/C was being refunded...so at least I got all the merchandise on first order and refund of second order. Thank you for your help!

I ordered 3 stainless rv sinks from this company on Aug 8. On Aug 15, when I had not received my order or any communication, I checked the website which only shows my order was Submitted...never shipped. I called the 800 number and found it to be disconnected. I dialed the direct number and spoke with a pleasant young lady who said she was unable to access that sales order and would have her manager call me back. 3 days later, no call back so I called the direct phone number again. I spoke with the same pleasant young lady who then told me they were having computer issues and could not access any order information at that time. She promised that someone would call me back shortly....again, no call back.
On 8/24 I once again called the company, spoke with a pleasant young lady (maybe the same, not sure) she said she that she did not have access to that particular sales system and she would have her manager call me back. I declined to be put off and insisted on speaking with the manager. I was then placed on hold...20 minutes later, still no manager. I gave up on the terminal hold, which was silent, not even any annoying music. I attempted to call back and now all of my calls go to voicemail after a couple of rings. As the buyer for my company, I have done business with this rvboatparts.com / rvpartsnation.com a number of times over the past year and their customer service has always been weak but never this bad. I will never again order from this company and would never recommend them to anyone else!

I have never used this company before. I ordered a pair of scissor jacks because I thought mine were unrepairable. Turns out they are repairable. So after I placed my order and before they were shipped I cancelled the order. All of this within a 4 hour period after hours of this business. I have emailed and called with what seemed to be good service. The lady I spoke with said she would let collections and billing know ASAP. It has been 14 days and no refund or response from anyone regarding delays or issues. I am a manager of an RV park and will not be referring rvpartsnation for any of my customers.

I ordered 15ft of rubber roof, a tub of adhesive and some butyl tape on the 11th of July. The listing stated a 7 to 10 business day lead time to ship the roofing material. It has now been 18 business days and they still have not shipped anything. After multiple calls and messages online with no sense of getting my order I had to cancel. I received atleast 2 promises that my order was shipping out after 11 business days and then after 14. Then they offered an "upgraded" material to replace the roofing material, this material was supposedly in-stock and could ship out immediatly (Dear RVPN Customer, Due to the high demand of our EPDM rubber roof we are currently back ordered from our supplier for another week. We would be willing to upgrade you to a more advanced material called SuperFlex by Alpha at no additional cost. This product has a longer life expectancy than the EPDM you ordered and a higher quality roof system. Please let us know if you would like to choose this option and we can get the SuperFlex out immediately as we have stock inventory of it.
