This company is out of...
touch. I complained that they would not correct the wrong address they were using to send products to me. They continue to use a non-existing street name. I did not have the luxury of waiting till winter in this local to install the new roof on my RV and ordered the missing adhesive and self-leveling sealant from other suppliers and have the roof installed. In the meantime, AFTER THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED, they sent me not one but two heavy packages of what must be the complete roof kit, a week or more apart. What I asked for was my money back for the product they had postponed sending because of their own internal confusion. I also asked to be reimbursed for the expensive shipping cost of returning the wrong product in the first place.
Their response of sending me what is now useless was expensive on their part and shows a lack of good sense, as well as wasting my own money. Somehow they stay in business, but they certainly mishandled my order in a huge way.

I am happy with getting a refund, However I am not happy with the lack of communication with this company. Why did it take me filing a Revdex.com report to get them to respond to all my emails, voicemail's, Messages on FB? Its my fault for not doing my research before doing an online order. but even still this company should be legit, and not out to take peoples money and hope that they don't complain.

The business only...
followed thru with the order after the Revdex.com was involved. It is ironic that the day (Oct 3rd) they emailed me that the part had been sent is the very last day the Revdex.com gave them to respond to the Revdex.com request. In my opinion, this is a sham company.

I did receive my blinds today the 13th of July only due...
to the Revdex.com being involved I believe. This company is not a reputable company. All of the emails and phone calls got me nowhere but as soon as I contacted the Revdex.com my blinds were here. I will never order from this company again, a very valuable lesson I learned, if not a Revdex.com listed company, I will not trust them. The manner in which this company does business is appalling. Almost 3 weeks and too many excuses and lies, not satisfied at all with RV parts nation.

This was refunded on September 27th:
Invoice ID: [redacted]
Date: Sep 27, 2016
Time: 15:04:45 EDT
Status: Completed
Ordered product and months have gone by. Made calls that have not been returned. Spoke to managers and make excuses. Not likely a real company delivering goods at this point. Will not return calls to provide refund. I would give them a zero (0) if I could.
