I ordered envelopes and various stampsThe stamps were great and arrived in a timely manner, but months later, and still no envelopesI contacted customer service and was informed that it may take Business days to manufacture + business days to ship, and that I could get a refund if I wanted, but not for the shipping since I had received other parts of the order, so I asked if they would give me any part of the shipping cost back, since it was almost $20, if my order never arrived within that time? I also asked if I could change my shipping addressIt has now been well over that amount of time, and customer service completely just stopped replying for almost business weeks after they had responded almost immediately before, so I sent them another email asking what was going on, and they sent me a dry response, saying that my replacement order was being processed with the same shipping methodNo apologyNo offer of compensationThey didn't even ask if that's what I wanted to do or acknowledge anything I saidComplete lack of respect for my time and money

Zazzle is awesome! They have a toll free number to customer service and strive to please and ensure 100% satisfaction The representatives that handles the calls are friendly and professional

This company advertised glitzy & bling cell phone cases; so I was under the impression that I purchased two personalized rhinestone cell phone cases totaled to be $My items arrived in a timely manner; however, the cases was only a picture of rhinestones that's a covering you stick onto the back of your phone !!!...Not at all worth $or even $for that matterThen, they misspelled my daughter's nameThis website has an odd return process & it's unlike any other store I've ever encounterI followed the process by contacting customer service & requesting a return/refundCustomer service acknowledge my request via email and gave clearance for my return; but didn't enclose a "Return Address" to send the items back to themSince then, I've emailed this company several times seeking a Return Address in hopes of returning their poor quality products; and I haven't received any response from anyone from this companySince Christmas, the customer service line is closed for weeks for the holidays, but stated they will be accepting emailsAgain, no one has returned "any" of my emails seeking an address; so I can return their sorry products ! This company is a joke and I strongly advise everyone to stay clear of them !!!

I noticed a charge of $on my PayPal account that I did not chargeI had never even heard of ZazzleI Googled the business and reached out to them explaining that I had never signed up for a membership to their website and asked that the charge be refunded as it was a charge for a service that I never requestedAfter hours and about emails back and forth, the best they were willing to offer was a store creditI'm not sure if they weren't understanding my situation (that I had never heard of or used their website), or if they just needed the $so desperately; either way, they were completely unwilling to help me in any practical wayUser, and non-user in this case, bewareTerrible customer service and a general lack of care for a fellow human being

I placed an order on zazzle.com on July 26thThe order was for wedding programs and some custom stickers for gift bagsI received a confirmation email and then a secondary email informing me that me order would be delivered between 8/- 8/It is now 8/and I still have not received either itemsI had to pay over $** for shipping and they have not contacted me once to explain what is going onWhen I look up my order number on their website it still says my order is being made! I have done business with Zazzle many times, and I am always pleased with their products and customer service

Poor Customer Service, charged me and products never showed up

Their turnaround time is not what it says online I placed an order on 3/and here it is 4/6/and still my order hasn't shipped out Customer Service couldn't tell me why it hasn't shipped out yet, his response was cal back tmw

This company was making products using an image that was Trademarked by another companyWhen I tried contacting them, they would not return my phone callHowever, they immediately said the products containing the trademarked image were no longer available

Our wedding invitations showed up lateWhen we opened the box the envelopes and invitations were dirty, folded and bentThey were all put into an oversized box haphazardlyWhen we called to try and get a refund we got the run aroundIt took a month to get this straightened out

I submitted an order for some custom US Postal Stamps for my wedding I received a notice that the order was cancelled as it conflicted with the companies "content guidelines" I called to get information so I could fully understand what the conflict was I was told someone would email me immediately - never happened so I called back I was again informed that a "live person" wouldn't discuss this with me but someone would contact me by the end of the day In the interim I placed another order but decided to cancel it as no one from the company had the courtesy to address my inquiry Initially I thought because I referenced "God" but when I looked at the website there are numerous religious stamps

This is a great company with tons of printed products from which fo choose The turn around time is very quick and they stand by their products

No customer service to speak to over the phoneI ordered cards and they cut them wrongThey want to give me a lesser coupon than the one I usedBut the issue wasn’t my fault it was there’sTheir not trying to resolve it at allNever using them again

I order a lot of things from Zazzle and just wanted to say what a great company they areThe products they ship are packed excellent, if you have a problem they take care of it right awayThey keep you updated on your order and show they careExcellent company

I have had a good experience with this business in the past but recently ordered hats (not a new design) on 7/7/and the hats have yet to be made for shipment I have contacted customer service twice and was told earlier this week that "At this time, we unfortunately still do not have an update for an estimated delivery day and we are extremely sorry about this inconvenienceIf you wish to cancel your order, you are of course eligible for a full refund for your order." So frustrating - I really wanted these hats and the design is already set up with Zazzle I see a number of recent complaints similar to mine, so apparently they are having issues with filling orders in a timely fashion Very frustrating
