I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We have attached the refund to the customers that was done in July. It was refunded back to the card that the customers used. We hit a refund button and the refund is processed thru the gateway that handles my credit card processing which is first data. I have advised customer to file a complaint with the credit card company as we have done the refund on our end. I have verified it has been done numerous times with my processor. So I am at a loss of what to do, when they asked for the refund it was done immediately per there request. The product that they ordered came in a week later and could have received it. We are new to the online business and the items are things we have to order from the manufacturer and at times has proven to be back ordered. We have had issued that we have resolved quickly. Please see attached with the credit card that it was refunded on the right side of the,[redacted]
