I am rejecting this response because:Hello- I am giving up on this desk and business No further action is needed on your part, but I wanted you to know for your records that what she stated about a refund is not accurate I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back I am giving up after wasting months waiting and hours trying to get responses from the Birds Eye View Garden Shoppe They truly do not understand the meaning of service and I hope this resides somewhere so people have advance warning before dealing with themThank you, again, for your assistance in this matter It was greatly appreciated to have someone trying to help me during this terrible ordeal Best, ***
My bank manager [redacted] from the Bank of Mead [redacted] called the customer service number [redacted] on the statement, they confirmed the merchant # was [redacted] they also said the account has been closed and the reference number [redacted] does not exist in their systemIt was suggested by Merchant Services that [redacted] call [redacted] and ask why the has not been released to my accountThey can and will do a conference call to my # [redacted] .My banker suggests that she possibly still owes those charge backs to Merchant Services and that it was kind of strange the way she cut off the corners of the Merchant Services chargeback transaction statement in the photo

We switched companies as of August 1st. So this refund was deducted from the Bank of America merchants services during the month of July like it stated on my merchant services

I am rejecting this response because the need to check their books to see if the payment actually came out instead of regurgitating the same information. If their books equal out then the payment was sent. If not then they need to write me a check and put it in the mail.

we have contacted our credit card and they should be in contact with this company as of now. They have confermed that their was never a refund given to us from this company.
She was refunded the money on the 17th of June by my processor. The desk was trying to find a shipper since it had to go by freight and we do not normally have that capability see photo attached

Refunded today

It was refunded by [redacted] on 12/8/2016i have been in the hospital and have not been able to fill orders so it was refunded the full amount
