As usual the Plumber Joe C. showed up on time and was courteous and professional
and did a great job in a timely manner

This Christmas morning we got a special surprise from Santa - I leaking water heater that could only be stopped by shutting down the main water supply valve. [redacted] Russo Bros. couldn't come out on Christmas Day (who can blame them?), Kyle did arrive the very next morning at 8 a.m. and had us back with running water and flushing toilets and hot showers very quickly. It was a long job and a hard job due to the placement of our old water heater and Kyle got us the new heater and brought everything up to code with efficiency. He also cleaned up at the end of the job and was just a really nice guy with a good sense of humor. Nice job!
