Extremely professional organization. I had an issue with my main water shutoff in the house. Discovered it on Sunday. Called Russo Bros. Within an hour someone called me back to schedule an appointment. They moved things around to get someone out to my house Monday morning (because I declared it was not an emergency as the leak was very minor). Phil B. showed up and was top notch. He did outstanding work, coordinated with the county to get someone out to shutoff the main in the street and explained everything clearly. Outstanding company and Phil B. is the man.

Service person was deceptive in his recommendations to my wife and I. He suggested the shower leak could not be repaired. He said replacing the shower diverter valve and controlls was the only solution. The charge was three times the usual quoted fee elsewhere. The invoice showed the charge was the same for repair or replacement. The company's response to our inquiry was that was their charge.

Russo Bros. sent Joe and Rich for my service call. They were prompt, courteous and very informed...explained everything that needed to be done in "lay" terms. They did a quality job and even cleaned up after their work! I would gladly have them back!!!

Jeff was here promptly first thing this morning. Very pleasant as well as knowledgeable And resolved the issue.

Chris arrived bright and early this morning to tackle our clogged bathtub drain problem. He was polite, friendly and professional and went right to work. He worked hard to ensure every bit of material was removed and the drain now is happily cleared. Thank you Chris; job well done!

Customer Service is second to none. The email and telephonic reminders are second to none. Brad is the best rep a company could have and no one is in second place. Brad is quick to diagnose and repair problems as cost effectively as possible.

Great service company - highly recommended. I called at 5:30p on Thursday and requested service for my air conditioner, which was not working. Russo scheduled my appointment for 8a-11a the following morning. Anthony C., the technician, called at 7:45 to confirm his arrival time, arrived at 8:30a, and worked until 10:30a to fix the problem. He was patient and professional and took the time to explain the issues.

full by the Developer for a satisfactory completion and an Occupancy Permit was issued by the City.The property was sold some 5-6 months after completion to a [redacted] The Developers customer.A (1) year waxranty Was issued to the developer by Russ Palmer Builders on the condominiumunits which exph'es on the 17m of April 2015.The Developer has the option to have Russ Palmer Builders address any items that would be covered by this warranty for items that would be warranted and included in our signed contract, specification sheet, and notes only.

We had some issues with a sump pump during the last storm. The original company we used to install the sump pump basically did everything incorrectly. [redacted] came out to house, looked at the current setup and we discussed a couple options we had to fix the problem. Not only did [redacted] determine the best way to reinstall the pump but also how to do so at the lowest cost to us. He is very polite and professional and also does excellent work. We would highly recommend him.

Russo Bros & Co. is an excellent organization with dependable, responsible and reliable employees. They are prompt, courteous, communicate well and provide solutions in an timely manner.

Nick C arrived on time and did a great job, quite the gentleman. I would hire again. However, that was a very very very very expensive job. almost $700 to install a $50 water pressure regulator ! The installation was not difficult. The pipe where the regulator was installed was very easy to get to.
My cost was at least 3 times the average for my area in northern NJ.
I WILL do my homework next time.
I hope Russo is sharing some of the bounty with his hard working plumbers.
