Technician Bobby was clear, concise and very understandable in helping soothe my fears over having a potential malware on my Mac He called me once he was finished with his work, which was an hour earlier than promised Very pleased with this service I have had tech service in the past and none measure up to Rush Tech

I have had several instances to contact Rush Tech Support LLC recently(1) upgrade my pc and make sure it didn't have any viruses(2) After Windows upgrade that I did, I had some problems that they fixed them (3) after Windows did its automatic annual upgrade, it deleted my printerThey got it back and it is working fine now and (4) some problem with security which they fixedEach time they have been very nice and have been able to fix whatever my problem wasIf they say they will call back, they do call backVery professional and able to take care of problem right awayI would recommend them
