I have been with Rush Tech for a very long time and I have always had a positive experienceEach technician has been knowledgeable, friendly and willing to teach me about what they have doneThey have also made recommendations to me in regards to programs, printers and computers that would meet my needsI have always been treated with respectI am computer ignorant on most things and they have respected this and bridged the gap for meI have recommended them to family and friends in the past and some have taken advantage of their service as wellI feel they are affordable and well worth what I have spent, as they will take the amount of time (no matter what that is) to remedy the issues that I haveA++++++

A couple years ago I called Rush Tech, as a last ditch effort in fixing my laptopThought it was done for and was just gonna buy a new oneAfter spending a couple hours on the phone with me it was fixed like newSo this week my mother called me and was having issues with her desk topSo I didn't hesitate to call RushThe tech there informed me it was in pretty rough shape but never the less had it up and working like new again in about an hour and a half or so, they are very professional, and what I like about this company the most is that you can actually trust them

Very professional handling of the computer

My experience was excellent! The tech person was able to help me quickly, said my problem was easy to fix I also liked that they did a call back so I didn't have to wait on the phone and could do other things and not waste time on hold It only took a few minutes for my call back He also said it was no problem helping me and to call any time I had a problem Nice to do business with people who seem to really care about their customers!

I would highly recommend this corp They are very helpful and quick to respond
