I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. when I made the car deal, they said they would give me full value for trade of what I owed on my car, verses the first offer they gave me of 10,500. The salesman made us understand that was the deal. When I signed the paperwork, I had also gotten the gap and wasnt aware of the total amount with taxes and everything, and I trusted that he was being honest with me, and they were not!! They word their words in a way to get the best of you and that is horrible. when they went over the paper work, he didnt say, we are giving you 10,500 for your car, but said, they are paying off my trade, making me believe that infact they were giving me full trade for my car. They played dirty and should not get away with it. All im asking is to get the difference of the money back in a check, because they did indeed rip me off!!

The only thing I have from the dealership is the work order number which they just provided me with when I called them. The work order number they gave me is [redacted].
This customer did take his car here for service. The technician did note damage to vehicle on the inspection report before work was performed on this vehicle. Also, all security footage was reviewed and there was nothing found on footage to support damage was made by Rt. 44 Hyundai. If the customer...
would like to cancel his warranties that he purchased he may do so by coming into the dealership and filling out the appropriate paperwork to cancel such warranties.
The recall was performed accordingly. If the customer is still having issues please come down to the dealership and we will do a free diagnostic to find out if the issues are related to the recall.
