I ordered a dress that I liked on this website. I recieved it in a short period of time and I absoloutly loved it!! I showed my friends the dress and they also loved it. very happy with my purchase.

I placed an order for for $70, and paid $30 shipping charge. I did receive items. Clothing is very poorly made. 3 shirts don't fit, and one is made of sheer material with bra pads in, and all you can see through the material is the circle bra pads. No lady in their right mind would wear that shirt. I emailed company, and got a response that I would have to take detailed pictures of all, I would pay shipping to send all items back, and I would get a "partial refund". I just wanted larger size on 3 and refunded for the very poorly made one. It wouldn't benefit me to ship all items back , and wait to see what their partial refund is . Would probably cost me more then refund to just ship the items back to China . This company is absurd! They are only out for your money, and don't care about the customer.
We placed an order through rose wholesale clothing for a coat for our daughter on Dec 11th. We finally received the coat almost a month later on Jan 9th. It arrived in our mailbox wadded up into a ball in a plastic package. When our daughter tried the wrinkled coat on, the sleeves were extremely short and the overall fit was small as well. Not to mention, it was extremely wrinkled from being wrapped up into a ball for a month. When we contacted rose wholesale to attempt to return the coat, they requested multiple picture and in the pictures, we had to provide proof of precise measurements on the coat to compare against their sizing chart. When we were finally allowed to send the coat back to their company, they told us we have 3 options. 1st option: Exchange the item. We did not want to do this as the coat was sized extremely wrong and it took a month to receive it. If we used this option, we will more than likely going through this same ordeal when we would finally receive another product from them. 2nd option: Receive a refund but for "instore credit" only. We never want to place an order with this company again, which they have been notified of, so why are we only allowed to receive a refund for instore credit. Why can our credit card not be issued a refund? 3rd option: Keep the product and receive $6 back for "instore credit". Again, we will never order from this company again so the $6 does us no good and the coat doesn't fit anyone we know. You would honestly need extremely short arms for this "supposedly winter coat" for it to fit properly.
I feel they should issue refunds back to the customers credit card that was used at the time of the purchase. I can even understand if a small restocking fee for put in place but to only offer these three options and when it takes a month to receive their product, I don't feel their only options are satisfactory!!
My shopping experience with this website is absolutely positive: there is a very good choice of items and I love them, especially hair accessories. All the products I got were always like the ones in the pictures.
It usually takes 25 days to get your parcels if you choose flat rate shipping, it's normal because they are shipped from China.
Their customer service is efficient and kind, in case of questions they answer within 24 to 48 hours. I really like this website and I'll keep on ordering from it.
They take your order AND your Money and then you NEVER receive the package...only pacifying email's !!! I think they are just a Big rip off !!! and they are SO HARD to get ahold of too :(

I Purchased men pants, delivery time was within one month and as described, the pants material was very good, and sealed in plastic bag.
