I ordered a top for my daughter in August and weeks later, she still had not received the order I emailed the company and several weeks later, she finally received the topI have seen several negative reviews of this company with similar complaints, some people not ever receiving their items, etc Therefore, I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!

I placed an order on the website www.rosewholesale.com and have not received my order. I tried contacting multiple listed "customer service" contacts and failed, as the numbers listed are unavailable. I tried contacting "customer service" through the email system that is provided on the website and was unable to complete the email as the system would not complete the email process successfully. The contact numbers provided are of a completely different state than the address that is provided on the Revdex.com site. I believe this website/business to be a complete scam as completing further research and following other reviews on the site's social media pages, i.e, Facebook. THIS "BUSINESS" IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Rose Wholesale.com. All the products they sent to me were extremely small (sized for an Asian woman, I was told). Trying to contact the company was another nightmare. Finally got through only to be told that they had responded by email and would not discuss my request over the phone. After checking into their website again, I was able to see their resolution: spend 80% more and get the sizes I wanted or get a refund check for only 10% of my costs. Sending the clothing back was NOT an option, even though that was what I asked for. I will not order from this website again!

Hi! I had a really great experience with RoseWholesale. They have a hugggge selection of super cute trendy stuff on their site and the prices are just unbeatable. I usually shop for dresses there, and I recently bought one and it is now my favorite! It fits me better than anything I own. It is so cute and was only 6-7 dollars! Also, they list detailed measurements for nearly all of the clothes on their site so it's easy to pick a size that will fit you best. I love shopping here!

Wow! I cant believe this company! I ordered what appeared to be a nice blouse, it took forever and several connections via their website to finally get them to send the item I ordered and I could NOT BELIEVE the inferior quality! Fortunately it was cheap, so I dont care, but if they make money just by the orders and turn around to send worthless garbage, they may be conning stupid people (like me) The old addage goes, if it's too good to be true it probably is

I ordered a swimwear as a present for my wife. She is very pleased with the high quality and the exact size she has chosen. And I am very pleased with the reliability and the responsibility of the seller - even when we had problems with the delivery, they found the absolutely right way to solve these problems :)

First they don't make it clear that you are ordering out of the USA. Second, I ordered something for my sister for Christmas, she didn't like it so I returned the item. Once I got confirmation from the post office that it was received I waited a month to hear back from Rose Wholesale and they claim they never got the package. Three months later and still no refund and they still claiming they never received my return.

I signed up with Rose Wholesale a couple of months ago. I found the website very easy to use. Members are awarded loyalty points for signing in daily. This allows you to accumulate points which are later applied to your purchases, increasing the discounts. New arrivals are prominently displayed on the front page, so members always know what is hottest and trending on the site. You can save the items you like best to your Favorites. Their selection is very extensive, so I took my time browsing the entire store. By the time I was ready to place an order, there was a big sale happening. I ordered 5 articles of clothing: 2 maxi dresses, a maxi skirt, a pair of pants, and a blouse. My savings were impressive - even before adding my nearly 600 Rose Points for an additional discount. In fact, my savings were so enormous that it was easy to add expedited shipping and mailing insurance to my order. Customer service responded promptly to my questions. My order arrived in Canada from China within a week. Everything was just perfect! I was completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, and the fabric was very good. All items fit true to size. (Please note: Western shoppers are advised to order 1 size larger than their usual size. I wear a M to a L, so ordered L & XL, and everything fit perfectly. Chinese sizes are smaller than Western sizes.) The floor-length dresses really were floor-length on my 5'6" frame. I have been very favorably impressed with my first shopping experience with Rose Wholesale, and am eagerly looking forward to my next little spree. Shopping for everyday fashions should always be this easy, fun and affordable!

I'm satisfied with the page and service, its easy to order and clothes are just same as pictures in internet, good quality, right colors and fits well. Thank You! I anticipated about 30 days shipping time, as is customary when ordering from China but I received it in 14 days.

I ordered 3 coats online the day before thanksgiving. 1/16 I still had not received anything. I complained via their email contact and was told to wait 10 more days. Magically, one jacket arrived stuffed in very small bag about 10 days later. I was told the other items would arrive later as they were shipped out later. Fast forward and it is now 6 months after I placedy order and still missing the two remaining items. I have been given the option to repay shipping or be refunded 60%. Still dealing with this company...maybe I will have the costs by next Christmas

I ordered several items from this company because of the prices. We received 3 out 4 items with only 1 of them fitting correctly. I contacted the business to get a full refund and they refused to give it to me. They offered 85% refund if I pay the shipping back which means it would cost me more since they are not in the U.S. The only other option was to receive 15% refund on the two items that did not fit which was only going to be $3.00. I still have not received the 4th item and it is confusing on the tracking information. I tried to submit a review for each item, but it will not allow me to do that.

This company is misleading and their products do not fit the average American woman. They will not give you a full refund and they are not willing to work with you.

Wow!! I was really surprised to read so many negative reviews on RoseWholesale. My experience with them has been quite different!! I placed an order of 4 items (2 as gifts) and I was pleased with every item. So were both the ladies I purchased gifts for. I love the low prices and was not dissatisfied with the quality what so ever. The shipping time is a little long but the product is coming quite a distance. I have received many compliments on my items and I have recommended this place to several of my friends and family members.

I had no trouble with my order. I loved the customer service, I loved the products, I loved the quality and I also appreciated the large range of products. The customer service is amazing. If you have any problem they will resolve it immediately and offer full support. Rose Wholesale is one of the easiest websites I have ever had to deal with. It was quick, easy, reliable and their range of products was amazing. Every product came to my door in a reasonable amount of time, the products were exactly as they were described on the website and the quality was incredible. These products were the same quality that you would normally have to spend $50+ for. The products were cheap already but rosewholesale.com also offers amazing discounts and free shipping on many products. I am truly impressed with this site and strongly suggest this to everyone.

I ordered a top on Oct. 3rd 2014 and it is now Oct. 21st 2014 and I still have not received the top that I ordered. However,my charge card was billed for the amount. I have e-mailed the company numerous times and have also called them, all with no response. When I called them and it connected there was no way to really know if that was really the company as no one answered formally, it was just a recording with a beep so you can leave a message which of course goes unanswered. I will be contacting the company that I used to charge that top and see if they will take the charge off, if not, I am out that money. How is it that this company still has a website for ordering clothing when they are bilking money out of people and not sending the order?

I ordered two products from Rose Wholesale on 11/3/2015. The total I spent was $42.86. The items were shipped a month later on 12/3/15. Shipping time was 10-25 days. I should've received my order at the begging of January 2016 at the latest. I have contacted Rose Wholesale Support Center numerous times and all they have told me is to keep waiting for my package to be received. My tracking number, which I paid extra for, does not work. I also paid for shipping insurance, and that is doing nothing to help me with this either. They will not give me a refund, or fix my tracking number, or resend my products, or anything they just keep telling me to wait. There is no phone number to call their customer service. I believe this either may be a scam or they need to better their business. From what I have read online from others, they are having the same problems as I am, not receiving orders and not being able to contact them successfully. I have contacted econsumer.gov about this complaint, as well, and they are looking into it right now.

On 9-14-14 I placed an on-line order with this company. On 9-19-14 they charged my credit card and I received confirmation of my order. After a month I had not received any merchandise. I contacted them on-line through customer service. I was advised my order would be received by 10-28-14. It is now 11-4-14 and no merchandise. No one answers the phone number they have on-line for customer service. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SCAM!!!

I have not had any issues with RoseWholesale. I have ordered many items and every transaction has been wonderful. Prices are low and affordable. Do not expect High quality materials for everything and you will love them.

I had a great experience with them! I read lots of bad reviews and then watched youtube videos of reviews which were a lot better plus could see the products

I suggest; paying the little extra for expedited shipping so your order isn't lost travelling half way across the world for most.

MEASURE YOURSELF & COMPARE TO THEIR SIZE CHART. DO NOT order your normal us/canadian size! there chart is in asian sizing (:

im in canada and it took a total of 6 business days for it to be ready, shipped & to my door.

Great store, good quality items for small prices. Shopped here a few times now and have always recieved my order quickly. Will definitely shop here again in the future.
