I paid a traffic ticket through Rooco on November 7th, 2019 in the amount of $209.70. I received a notice of trial to appear in court on March 15, 2021. I have attempted contacting Rooco and have not been able to contact them. I noticed they have since closed down and I was advised I need to appear in court. My credit card company is not able to refund the amount.
I used Rooco and paid them for a traffic ticket that they said they would take care of. They have now informed me that I have to pay the traffic court full payment for my ticket that I already paid them for. I have not been able to receive a refund or get ahold of the company.

I paid Rooco $126.00 for a
ticket I received and then received
an email from Rooco
this month saying they cannot
represent me and I had to attend court myself.
I had asked if that means I receive a refund for the money I paid them. No response. Their phone line is also off.
I had asked when I paid the original ticket if changes to the court process would affect the ticket and was told no. Things would be the same except a trial date may need to set. They did set a trial date indicating in a follow up email that they would attend. Now they will not attend, they appear to have shut down as a business and I want my money back to pay the ticket.
On October 4th of 2019 I sent Rooco $103.50 to handle a ticket in court for me. I already paid them for the ticket and they guaranteed me that it would be handled. I've emailed them twice asking for a refund with no response, and they have closed down all other forms of communication. I just want me refund so that I can pay my ticket myself.
