Roncor Group

I have been trying to get a letter or statement , showing what has been payed off, and what has not been payed. I really need this statement .
I had 4 credit card companies , I was having trouble paying. I contacted Roncor group to help us. We signed up and payed Roncor,$292.00 a month, for 3 years. We payed Roncor Group off last December. I called at the end of December , request a statement showing which credit card company so had been payed. I did get a hold of a worker, I did not get his name, but he told me, 3 out of 4 company's had been payed, but could not tell me the names of the company's . It's now 7 months, no letter or statement show who was payed. I cannot reach Roncor Group on the telephone, or e-mail. I am at a lost, I need a statement showing who was payed, and who has not been payed . I have payed out $*** , three (3) times , what I owe the 4 credit card company's . Could you please help us. Thank you.

I hired this company to represent me in debt consolidation and pay off a few debts off for me. I hired them 3 to 4yrs ago and they scammed me.
I now have companies serving me to pay them after Roncor was supposed to pay them off for me. Roncor took money out of my bank account for 2 1/2 yrs and nothing was paid off. The number I've for them is always busy. Not once did someone from that company kept in touch with me and I assumed they were doing their job until last week a woman from a debt collector that Roncor was supposed to pay off on my behalf came by my house to serve me. Now I'm just awaiting other debt collectors to serve me since Roncor didn't do their job. I trusted this company to help me pay off debts since at the time I was in a bind. I don't know if I need to hire a lawyer and sue the company. I just want my debts paid off and for Roncor to do what's right.

on 11/13/2015 after I listen to on radio a debit relief program I call XXX XXX XXXX and spoke with *** and I Agree and I signed a legal services agreement to pay to them 2 payments of $ 95 for setup fee plus 24 recurring payments of $ 633 (six hundred and thirty three dolars). started on 11/17/2015, after I finished paying they said they need a time to deal with my debits, until last November I was talking with them at least once a month, but always they give me a reason (or lie) that they need more time, but after November they never pick up the phone or a answer machine saying they are busy.

Giving Roncor Group 1 star is way to many stars in my opinion!! I wish I had done research before signing up with their service. I originally heard a radio announcement by highly profiled TV personality and Host, and thought if this guy advertises them on KISS FM, then there is no reason to research, and they should be on the up and up. Now reading the reviews there is an over-sounding theme......they DO NOT provide the service that you have to pay for upfront before they starting to work on your account to the tune of over $5,000. 4 years later and just today, I find out that I don't have enough money in my trust fund to cover the last 4 accounts that still need to be handled. 2 of which they just sent me letters to accept the offers that were given. Why would they send notices that can't be covered with available funds? The rep working my account of course couldn't give me an answer. Again, I am being set up for a manager phone call, that up until now has never been followed through with. Even the guy that is my rep was supposedly a Manager, who did not keep his appointment with me. So here I am 4 years in, 4 accounts still left to be settled, and if I could sue them I would. And based on the complaints here they should be shut down and not allowed to operate and keep screwing people out of money.

Paid for services for Debit Settlement. I have been calling to no avail there is no response, and services have not been rendered.
In February/March of 2015 I contacted this company for services of Debit Settlement. A representative came out to my residence who was also a notary, had me sign some papers for there services. I was given a contract for 4 years, the amount of $420 monthly was taken out of my checking account for there services. I kept in contact and every time I called they was always negotiating with my creditors. I have been calling now the phone is always busy. I went on the website to to retrieve another contact number, that number says I am calling at non business hours leave a message. I have given Roncor Group four years of payment and services are not rendered, please assist on how I can get refunded.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone at Roncor to find out the status of my debt settlement.

I've been paying Roncor for over 3 years and I have no clue on where I stand with the debt resolution that they are supposed to be taking care of.
Reading all of the complaints concerns me.

I do recall hearing about these guys on ESPN radio. Thats how I got a hold of them in the first place.

I figured if ESPN was promoting them, they should be legit.

If all of these complaints are legit, ESPN should be just as responsible as Roncor.

In 2015 I hired Roncor for went consolidaron. They promised me I would pay only 40% of the amount owed to my créditos. They started withdrawing money monthly from my checking account. *** monthly. Over a 3 year period I was untable to speak with a Roncor representative. Finally I call and a man told me they would refundar my money in 90 days. I am still waiting.

Roncor gruop did not complete debt settlement program. I pay them *** for 24 months,and need refund, so I can pay the creditors

Roncor has never contact me by phone, mail or email, I'am the one who always call them because the creditor are harassing me until this day, some many time the put me in hold for 20-30minutes or just disconnect me call or transfer the call to the law dept the never went thru.
I am asking for a refund of me money so I pay the creditors.
One of there managers talk to me over the phone try to explain to me the my account vas over look by two clerks and because of that they got fired and now he was in charge a the will take of my account, this is two years ago and nothing has dan I am still waiting.

I cant get confirmation that service is being completed on paying off debt settlement.
I've been paying on a debt settlement with this company for what will be four years June 2020. I cant get any conformation that they are paying the debt , the only time I can get them to talk to me is when I call them and then they just assure me they are handling it. Which is shady I then call my collectors and they cant talk to me because someone a law group is handling my settlement. Now I call Roncor and just get a busy signal. So I need help finding out if my credit report is getting cleared up and I'm not getting ripped off.

Roncor group took money directly from my bank account for two years and never paid one red cent to any of my debts that I had consolidated with them.
I hired Roncor group in June of 2016 to consolidate my debt. I never missed a payment and after two years I was sued by one of debtors. Multiple e-mails and phone calls were made asking for help but they only sent one e-mail reply and then they did not even spell my name correctly. They told me they turned my case over to their legal department. Never the less, I had to go to court and lost. I also had to hire an attorney. My attorney investigated my contract with Roncor group and that is how I found out that they never paid any of my debtors any money. I now have an investigator from the Chief Trial Counsel of The State Bar of California investigating the Roncor group.

Roncor does not provide you w/any information or communication of your account status. They take your money monthly and do nothing.
We have been in contract with them since Oct 2016 and have made monthly payments of over *** a month to settle our debts. To this day, Oct. 2019, they have not been able to provide any information regarding what accounts have been paid or not. We have been sued 4 times and and it seems like they take care of it, but I can't tell based on no communication on their part. We get sued, we send them paperwork and we guess that it is taken cared of. We are canceling our program with them with a notarized letter and am hoping our money can be refunded to us so that we can take care of the debts ourselves. It is so sad that we are now in a worse situation due to us signing with their company. I believe that if we finish our payments with them, we will just lose out on more money in the end since they will not tell us anything. We always get the run around that their legal team will let us know, but they don't tell us anything.

Roncor Group doesn't do what they say they are going to do. I have requested a statement of my account and money from my trust, and haven't received.
Roncor Group is pretty much a scam. The company took nearly *** from me in a 20 month period per our contract. I ended up getting sued by a credit card company anyway. I was told at the time of the lawsuit that they would be able to send the money available in the trust fund to the plaintiff. I called them numerous times when all of this happened. I would always end up talking to different people, and no one would EVER give me a straight answer. How I understood at the time, was that they were going to send *** to the plaintiff from my trust fund. Now for almost two years, I have been paying the plaintiff directly for the lawsuit. Since there was only 3 more payments left, I contacted Roncor Group on September 5th to see how much more I needed to pay (thinking I would only have to make an additional small payment). At this time, I talked to ***, and she informed me that no money had ever been sent to the plaintiff on my behalf. She told me that I could request via email, a statement of my account, and request any available funds in my trust fund to be sent to me to finish paying off the lawsuit. I emailed September 5th to request the statement. I emailed September 6th to request any available funds in my trust account be sent to me. I followed up on September 16th to see why I hadn't received either request. I was told my "request was in processing". On October 11th, I emailed again to ask why I still hadn't received anything. I told them in the October 11th email that I expected to receive both things in a week or I would report their company to the Revdex.com. This time the reply from them was "Email request was received and will be forward to upper management". I still haven't received anything, and that is why I'm doing the Revdex.com claim today.

I learned of Roncor Group on a Pandora commerical and decide to give them a try. I entered into an agreement with them and started paying *** begin March 24, 2017 reoccuring from my Bank of America account. I started having concerns with them and I called and spoke with a manager, who reassured me that they did receive an account that added and apologize. I kept paaying, but no one will follow up with me RE my account and the status or statements that I reuested numerous time via emails. I have been emailing them since October 2018 and to this date have not received any statement or even update from one of my accounts that I was told that the bank file a suit against me. I am not even sure how true that is. Also, I have communicated a document from Southwest credit to them that wanted to settle for 55% of the balance due. I sent it to them and they did not resolve it nor told me the action that was taken. Basically, I was paying money every month for services that I am not receiving. So, I notify them that I will not pay until I am communicate to about the situation of my account and still nothing happened.

This company withdrew more than *** from my bank account but never paid any money on my debts. After the Revdex.com contacted them they agreed to pay the debt with Bank of America off. They still have not paid anything. I can provide bank statements to verify. The debt is still on my credit report as unpaid.

I am in a contract with Roncor and can not get hold of them and they have done nothing to take care of my creditors.
My husband and I are in a contact with Roncor. They are suppose to take care of debts we have accumulated. They take 292.00 dollars from our checking account the 15th of each month since 08/15/2016. I have received, as of late a notice from a collection agency that they will sue us if we don't start paying this debt. Roncor is suppose to be taking care of this. I talked to the collection agency and they said they have not heard from this company to take care of our debt. I have called Roncor and was able to leave a message a while ago for them to call us. They have not called us. I have tried again to call them and now they do not answer the phone and you can't leave them a message. I would like to have my money back and take care of this myself somehow. They have taken our money and have not done a thing. As far as I am concerned this company is taking advantage of its customers big time. We just wanted some help and this company has made things worse.

Went thru there program no debts were settled
I did the program from March 2015 to June of 2018
They withdrew 208.00 dollar a month from my checking account for a total of 38 months
Then I sent *** extra for them to pay off a credit card. Now I'm being sued by one.
If they were unable to resolve any why wasn't I informed question is were did the money go

My wife and I signed up with Roncor Group to reduce amount owed to creditors on 11-15-2016 . *** was the first representative we spoke with . We attempted to contact Roncor concerning the progress of the program through e-mail and phone calls many times with no response. When we did contact a representative we were assured of a response that never came . We are currently paying Roncor 377.00 $ a month for no service. creditors are still calling us with one creditor currently suing us . We made attempts to cancel payments unfortunately, we discovered we must change our checking account number to stop payment which would be very troublesome . Total amount payed is over XXXXX.00 $ can not tell the exact amount because they have no website and will not respond in anyway . We are totally uniformed concerning or account with Roncore .

I was sued twice and came out in more debt, with no assistance on any level from Roncor!!
As this company waited years before addressing any of my creditors, thus making he look more negligent. Roncor Group waited so long to address issues that they passed *** great negotiations that had been offered ...so that when Roncor did finally attempt to negotiate, the creditors was no longer willing. The staff was lackadaisical about returning my calls and constantly made empty promises when I did speak with them. I'd finally had enough and cancelled, and on Aug 7, 2017 I called Roncor Group to notify them of what I'd done due to dissatisfaction with service on every level and the Manager Hector answered the phone, I had a through conversation with him... Hector blamed it on his staff and insisted that his staff was not relaying messages and that he was in the process of hiring new staff.
Hector assured me that if I reinstated; my remaining accounts would be taken care of out of what was already paid into my trust and truly apologized for the horrible service I'd received up to that point. He asked that I send him an e-mail detailing the logistics of our conversation and ensured me that I wouldn't have to do anything else because they would take care of everything, with nothing else out of pocket from me
Nothing could be further from the truth. A few months later, an attorney name Sujae called and said she was assigned to handle my account. She only stayed with the company a month and I never heard from her again, and nothing was settled. I've been calling, e-mailing, and leaving messages with staff for over a year now ... and I have yet to speak with Hector.
Note: They did negotiate 2 of my 6 accounts. they paid 700.00 of one negotiation and partially another (800.00 out of my trust and I paid 500.00 out of my pocket).
Today I was told I have nothing else coming. This company has been horrible to work with, in conducting business, doing what they say, customer service etc... I am frazzled!!!

I was told in april exactly what I owed by ***. I got aggressive paying it off because I was told as soon as I get it paid off things would be settled immediately. I was told in July that I owed $400 left by*** but to stop paying because all but one account had reached the statute of limitations. I have paid in $***. They have spent $*** settling debt. I have over paid $***. It took me 5 months to get them to send me a statement and now the girl last week was supposed to call me back (since*** no longer works there - story I get EVERYTIME someone promises me they will finish and help me with my account) *** told me I should have a refund coming since they only have 1 account to settle. I want this settled and I want the money that is left over and owed to me due to over payment. I have gotten strung along long enough. I have held up my end of the deal and it's only fair that they do the same!
