Dear Sir/Madame, In reference to the response from our customer, as far as [redacted] is concerned, all our company does is recommend this finance company if our customers need severe repair and cannot afford to have the wok done necessary to stop the leakage and avoid further damageOur company simply refers people in need of money, after that its up to our customer to deal with the finance company In our last response we explained as to why the tapered system was not installed, please refer to our answer As far as the heater never having a cap, all heater systems need a vent cap, our customers was missing Rocco & Sons never takes short cuts on any job, this was the only resolution to our customers situation of bad sheathing and lack of funds which our customer agreed to We would like to go out and service any leaking areas and as a courtesy install a new vent cap as this was already purchased for this job, our customer did not have the money to have it installed We will do this for free of charge Our company has been in business over years and do everything within our power to keep our customers happy.Respectfully yours,Michael G [redacted] P.S- This customer has refused our service, [redacted] has always been very nice, it was when her daughter became involved she was very disrespectful and refused our services
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In rebuttal to Rocco and Sons Construction Company I am noting that there are consistent holes in their responsesOn 3/25/I was advised that a new roof would be needed in addition to the tapered insulation system needed to pitch the roofI concur with Rocco and Sons, that I did not have $to pay for the job which is the amount that was quoted and agreed upon by Rocco and Sons (see attached Work Order)I was referred to [redacted] and agreed to use this option to pay for the services [redacted] approved me for a $loanI was sold additional products, which included life insurance, an appliance warranty, and was refunded $10.20, once all fees had been distributedNo additional monies have been given to me On 5/9/work began to install the new roofUpon removing all of the old roofing materials it was brought to my attention that I would need additional money to replace the sheathingI informed Rocco and Son’s that I did not have any additional money to pay for this as it should have been included since a new roof was being installed and a contingency budget should have been in placeI was advised by Michael that the work would be halted until Icould get more money Overhearing the conversation ny daughter [redacted] spoke to Michael and requested that he conduct this transaction in a professional manner and that it is unprofessional to treat customers in such a mannerIt was agreed that the materials would be purchased by Rocco and Sons and the job would be completed and a pitch would be placed on the roofOn 9/26/I Spoke with Michael to advise him that my roof was leakingUpon coming out to inspect the roof Michael advised me that I would need a capPlease note that a cap has never been on the chimney spout and this was never an issueI asked why this was brought to her attention after the job was completedAfter additional discussions took place, my daughter [redacted] requested that they come out to place the cap on the roof and she would pay for itOn 10/24/when representatives from Rocco and Sons arrived, [redacted] accompanied them onto the roof and discovered that there was a massive amount of water sitting on the roof (see attached), (as confirmed by Rocco in their previous response) because the tapered insulation system had not been installed and the water has no way to run offThe representatives from Rocco and Sons agreed that the cap was not the causeUpon contacting the company to discuss their plan to right their wrong no response was provided until that following week in which I was advised that they are still thinking about how to plan to fix this matterOn 10/29/a representative from Rocco and Sons came out to the property and spoke with [redacted] He assured [redacted] that the materials were ordered that was needed to install a tapered roof and he was planning to go on the roof to get the water offThis is not a resolution to the problemIt is clear in reading Rocco’s response that they did not follow the work order and took short cuts which has caused extensive damage (see attached) Regards, [redacted] ***
THE COMPANY NAME WAS GIVEN ME BY A MALE-CO-WORKER! AT THE TIME MY ENCLOSED PORCH HAD A LEAK N STILL DOES (IT'S BEEN SOME TIME) I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER JOE R [redacted] AT CHRISTMAS TIME HE WAS VERY NICE( A SCAM) THE COMPANY CAME OUT THE ROOF WAS CLOSE $4,000! THE PORCH HAS CONTINUED LEAK/ THE SKYLIGHT HAS LEAKED AS WELL MIND YOU THIS HAS HAPPENED AFTER A NEW RUBBER ROOF WAS INSTALLED! THE COMPANY REFUSES CORRECT ANY SITUATIONS MENTIONED! WANTED BLAME THE SIDING COMPANY MY SITUATION! THE SIDING COMPANY CAME OUT N REQUESTED THAT ROCCO MEET WITH THEM, ROCCO REFUSED! ROCCO CONTINUES SEND MAIL ASKING ME ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR FLASHING IN ORDER MY ROOFING CONTRACT B UP-HELD! ROCCO IS THE WORST ROOFING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE...PLEASE MAKE R CONSUMERS AWARE! THEY HAVE BEEN VERY DISRESPECTFUL N GANGSTER LIKE WHEN I HAVE CALLED TO RESOLVE THE LEAK ON THE PORCH AS WELL AS THE SKYLIGHT!!! [redacted] called our company on March 24, to come out and give a estimate for her top roofOur estimator Michael G [redacted] went out the next day to inspect the roof on March 25, 2014, it was found the roof was in poor condition, a new roof was needed as well as a tapered insulation system in order to pitch her roof properlyThe customer said she did not have the funds to do the work needed, we referred her to [redacted] as an option [redacted] called our company on April 18, and informed us she was ready to begin the work Our crew went out on May 9, to start the work, when roofing material was removed to install tapered insulation system all sheathing was in need of replacementCustomer was made aware of condition of sheathing and told it would be additional cost at which point customer said she was not able to afford itRoofing was already removed, the sheathing was rotted from water damage, customer was told the sheathing was necessary to redeck the entire roof with 5/8" plywood and install the modified rubber roof as per contractAs this was the only option to get the premises water tightCustomer said she was not able to afford to do that even though she received $ from [redacted] which we only received the two checks that were made out to our customer and us totaling $ In order for us to work with her we did the sheathing and pitched the roof as best of our ability.Customer called about roof leaking on 9/26/and I went out to inspect the leak and found all roofing was completed as per contract upon inspectionIt was found that a cap was missing from vent stack ( see picture ) that is causing a leak into the property and in fact is ponding water on the roofMy crew went out on 10/24/to install the new vent, it was then the customers daughter went up on the roof and saw the water was ponding due to the fact that the customer could not afford to install a tapered insulation system which caused the ponding , which in turn she cancelled the $ having the stack cap installedOn 10/28/customer called and we set a date to meet on 10/29/and was met by the daughter of the home owner and assured her whatever needed to be done to fix her problem would be doneShe refused to let me acces the problem and rectify itShe told me she hired a lawyer and just continued to say negative comments about our company as well as calling me a fraud and a racistAs for the loan that was made we offer it as an option to our customers and in no way encourage anyone in their financial decisions, As for the amount of $ that she claims , all we received was the $ for the roofing work Respectfully, Michael G [redacted] '

As soon as we received this complaint we called our customerPlease be informed our customer said we did indeed go out and silver coated her roofOur company re flashed her roof the first time we went out because she has a rubber roof and they do not get silver coated. ** *** insisted she

responded 2/14/and found the drain clogged with debrisOur service manager informed *** thatthe roof is incurring additional wear and tear from the drain box being clogged with debris. Our company did clear the drain of all debris and resealed the whole drain area. As per our contract it is necessary to maintenance the roof every five years by re-flashing all seams with fabric and cement. the original roof was installed 04/08/13. If that was the case the technician should've done a consultation but he never didHe just went on my roof and did a patch jobHis job as a professional is to make me aware of my problem therefore it could've been done correctly the first timeIf I needed siding replaced I would've had the siding replaced, not pay for something I actually didn't need, and try and charge me again for more workThen they offer me a $refund and then I never hear from them againMy roof is currently leaking and leaks Everytime it rainsVery very very bad job, very bad customer service, very bad company

Unfortunately *** *** misunderstood the scope of work we agreed on, as per our contract. (removing and Replacing entire slate roof) which we were contracted to do and did doIn order to show good faith Rocco will reroof over shingles with modified rubber roofing
material and seal with water proof roofing cement and 4'' fabric free of chargeRocco will not be responsible for any other work that is not on our contractIf this is agreeable to *** *** he can contact our office so we can set a date to do the additional work
Spoke with customer and made an appointment to meet with her on Tuesday May 20, to see how we can help her solve her leaking problem

*** *** called our office about a leak he was having on the top main roof on October 8, He was quoted $for a silver coating to the 2nd and 3rd floor roofWe went out sealed all seams, made sure the roof was tight and silver coated his 2nd and 3rd floor roof
October 15, 2015.Our company received a call from *** *** on December 17th, about a leak on his bay roofWe sent out a service call on December 18th, and we sealed the corner of the bay roofWe did not hear from our customer again.Upon receiving the Revdex.com complaint we sent out the service manager to take a look and meet with the customer about the leakOur service manager informed our customer that the leak is not coming from the roof we did work on but the slate roof

Dear Sir/Madame, After being called and informed of a skylight leak our company serviced the problem 02/21/18. Our service manager talked to the customer 02/22/18 informing [redacted] that the whole roof was resealed with special care around the skylight. There should be no more...

As soon as we received this complaint we immediately called [redacted], she explained that her...
roof leaked when it snowed causing ice damming but did not leak as much with the heavy rain we had over the weekend.
Our company installed a new roof in 2002. Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] never kept up with the maintenance as per her contract, therefor her warranty for the new roof was cancelled on 6/15/07 . On 10/18/13 we replaced damaged facia wood and capped it with white aluminum. Our company did a repair and reflashed her top roof.
Our service manager explained her flashing may have opened due to ice damming and he would go out and reseal it for her. [redacted] was also concerned about the facia wood which he will check when he is there. [redacted] is going out 4/3/13 to survey the leak and do what he can to stop it.
