Chris is most professional in his approach to find the solution to a problem He can explain in lay-persons terms the issue and the appropiate remedy Dispite the late hour of the day and surely past his regular working day he was kind enough to install a whole house surge protector in my home I had planned to have the Electric Company install their recommended unit, but Chris explained that it would not protect the house from lightning strikes It was an easy decision to have the unit installed Chris suggested Thank you Chris for your professional advise and courteous service
