I had my whole-house system replaced after my previous system (installed by First Choice Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc.) failed after slightly more than the three years from installation My installers from Millian-Aire were Hatley, Dean, Kyle, and Jason They were very professional in their work and in their dealings with me The answered any and all questions that I had during the installation process They were fast and did a very professional job While there was a minor problem with the cover for the outside plumbing, they installed the system and then Jason came back two days later and installed the new cover I would recommend any of these gentlemen to anyone asking for a professional installers I was also very pleased with Sean Hinchey, the comfort specialist who came to my house and made the evaluation of the most suitable system for my home I have been quite pleased with the performance of the system and would recommend Sean to anyone wanting to get a whole house evaluation
Kevin did a great job in performing the six-month pm on the unit Kevin was able to identify the problem with the UV lights and replaced the transformer which had burned out in eight-month span He was able to answer questions as to the routine maintenance with the electronic filter and with the add'l filters needed at the air return locations He was on-time for the appt and appeared well-informed as to all the questions posed as to cleaning, etc

Chris from Millian-Aire Enterprise was so thorough in the maintenance of my air-conditioner He did the regular maintenance and showed me a couple things of concernI really appreciated that he took the time to show me the item on the outside part of the AC that should be replace to help to maintain the life of the AC He took pictures of the pan below the AC part which suspends from the top of the garageIt had never been cleaned and was so full of mold He cleaned everything He also took the time to answer some questions I had about the AC and was able to recommend solutions to my questions - which I had him do I feel he was very though and very honest with the serviceI like dealing with a family-owned business and this company is very honest company
