River Valley Final Grading was outstanding to deal with and completed the job in a timely and complete manner. I personally decided to change what was being done and the were able to comply and have a new quote to me within minutes of receiving the request. Sod was delivered in 24 hours notice. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone planning their backyard projects. I have already passed their name onto many neighbours.
River Valley really gave us a surprise. We engaged them to do final grade, shrub & tree planting, sod, rock, edge, etc. They kept us informed what they were going to do or they'd finished by email, A little bit delay due to the weather is completely acceptable, every promise they made never disappointed us. Comparing with our other Deck building contractor, which lied to us and postponed the schedule for a couple of times and eventually delayed the whole project for one month than the committed deadline on the written agreement, River Valley is such an excellent contractor. Every time they brought 3 -5 workers on site, and finished the work efficiently and perfectly. And their price is competitive and they are the expect of final grade.
However before engaging with them, you need to do some homework, e.g. your own landscape idea and the plants you like, etc. after that you can trustingly turn over the work to them.

Service was generally proficient. The job required final grading, two decorative shrub beds, several trees and concrete curbing. The trees and shrubs were healthy and aesthetically pleasing in the final product. In general the workers on-site were pleasant and well organized. They worked quickly and unobtrusively. My only slight issue is in the slight delay of scheduling. The sales people were generally polite and very informative. I would absolutely recommend River Valley Final Grading to friends, neighbors and family.

The crew were great to clean up our sidewalk and driveway each time they were leaving.
