Had River Valley Final Grading complete my final grade and landscaping and pleased with the resultsI'm in a new development area and comparing with other landscaping contractors doing neighbors properties, observed RVFG to be the quickest and cleanest group doing landscape workI have a larger lot with large berm in the back and the rock, sod, and mulch was all done in an afternoon with first watering of sod done by the landscapers as the sod was put down and the depth of the mulch and rock was adequate and not just a thin layer
Sales group was accommodating to my frequent changes to where I want the mulch, rock and sod and the changing in type of mulch and sodBasically an email to sales person for a revision and the adjusted quote was replied back within a couple days
Only negative I can add is the scheduling as it may take awhile for them to do your landscaping as you need to book early, but with RVFG its payment on completion and most others want a deposit
The service was great from the start until I requested for additional sodI decided to lay the sod myself and had a very small area leftWhen I requested River Valley Final Grading to provide additional sod, I was told that I had to either pay $to have it delivered or drive far north to pick it up myselfI was really not impressedAs a customer, I was left dissatisfied at the end for just $

They completed our final grade which was surveyed and passed within a week...AMAZING! The dirt was so clean and rich that while our neighbors had weeds growing, we had grass start to pop up Then we had our trees, shrubs and sod delivered by them Not only did we think the sod was awesome, but had many neighbors ask us where we ordered it from Thanks for everything!!
