and conditions of the site.    We do offer numerous self-service options when it comes to inventory availability, order returns, etc. as these inquiries typically do not require human intervention.  However, in an effort to understand the customer's concerns, we have pulled the records of every incoming call into the Canada phone tree from 10/20 – 10/31 and we have no record of any calls from the phone number provided.  If the customer would like to provide the number or numbers which she called from, we would be happy to investigate the matter further.    Our website has its own conditions when it comes to cancelling orders…that it is not permitted and [redacted] is not empowered to speak on behalf of our policies and verbal statements from a non-authorized, non-member of the Party City staff does not supersede the written policy.  The policy regarding cancellations can be found at the following links: http://www.partycity.ca/category/customer+service.dohttp://www.partycity...⇄ have also confirmed that the customer sent two emails on the same day, which were sent just 4 hours apart, and we did respond.   At this time, we recommend the customer attempt to work with her local store to process the return and receive a refund for the merchandise as any return via the website will incur shipping charges which, based on the value listed below, are likely to exceed the value of the product.

This Party City location is a franchise owned location.  All franchise stores are independently owned and operated and the corporate office doesn't handle these types of issues for franchise stores.  The customer should contact the store owner directly to have her issues addressed.

We will be sending the customer a check in the amount of $27.50

Each package would have had its own tracking number; carriers do not allow multiple shipments on the same tracking record.
