I am rejecting this response because:If you google the address, you will find that it is connected to *** the company that I work for Also if these were the issues, I could have cleared it up on the phone when I called customer service multiple times If they told me to change my email or verify the company address I would have easily done that I even offered to get my credit card company AND business on the phone to verify everything.My other complaint was the fact that they were extremely rude and would not transfer me to anyone else The woman I talked to told me she was as high up as possible and also was the head of customer service and the head of the complaint department which is very hard to believe I work for a company that has a call center and I know that is not the way you run things
Also I ordered this on Monday and now it is not shipping until today (which is Thurs) which means that everything is delayed We needed this by next Monday and it probably won't get to us until next Thurs or Friday.Our company orders a lot from Party City and now we will never order again thanks to our experience Not only that but my sister's company is a HUGE client of yours and after I told her this story, she said she will also stop ordering from you.

I am rejecting this response because:I have numerous emails from *** telling me that they also are waiting for someone at partycity to respond to them I called from my work line numerous times And SOMEONE from partycity can call me back to verify my work number Partycity has responded with information as I know I have put forth more than comments on their website forum

This Customer placed an order on 5/in the amount of $65.50. The card was authorized in the amount of $at the time she placed the order and then charged 5/as the merchandise ships. We only have one order in our system. The pending amount she is seeing is only an
authorization that will fall off pending her financial institution. Party City has not charged her twice

It is our understanding that the customer's reason for returning the product is because the venue where she chose to host her event did not allow her to use outside materials. The customer requested the merchandise be shipped via an expedited fashion and the shipment arrived on time, as
requested. To that end, Party City fulfilled it's promise to the customer.Return shipping charges are at the customer's expense, in lieu of restocking charges. The customer ordered the merchandise, requested our most expedited and costly shipping method, which was met and the package delivered on-time. The return requested is not based on the quality or the product or issues related to delivery, but rather because of the customer's inability to utilize the product at her selected venue. Once the merchandise has been returned, we will refund the customer the cost of the merchandise

I am rejecting this response because:I did get a call but the person who called me did not introduced themselves so I am not sure who it was. As for me saying the things indicated in the businesses' response to whomever called me, is innacurateI shared my experience with the lady that I spoke with and she thanked me for taking the time to speak with me and advised that she would calk backShe never called back but she also did nit disconnect the call The calk ended on a good note I specifically stated that Timmy from the store is a disgrace to the retail society based on the treatment that I received without any type of empathyBut based on the business' response, it seems that that is their standard: blame the paying customerAs indicated in my complaint, which seems to have been ignored by the business, I was told "up to minures"Waiting for an hour is not minutes nor is it a "bit of a wait". They also have missed to address the fact that wrong balloons were blown up and they were nit put into bags as paid for and requested and confirmed. In conclusion, it seems that the GM-whoever that is- wants to hide and blame me, the paying customer, for my bad experienceThat's OK, I have the video from the store, I am not worried about it and I have other proof to show what took place alog with witnessesI hope that Timmy, GM, corporate understand that social media and word of mouth are great sources for sharing peoples experiences

Please ask the customer to provide receipts showing the amounts paid for shipping while we look into this matter further

PartyCity.ca uses a customs clearing house called *** (*** ***), which is the company whom processes our orders into Canada from their facility in IL which then clears Customs at their point of entry, in this case it was Mississauga *** (*** ***) is the company
that actually bills the Customer and as the package ships from our domestic hub in the US and processes through their system into Canada there are accessorial fees (shipping, duty, taxes) We encourage the customer to contact *** to confirm that the order originates in the US and then is picked up by the delivery carrier AFTER it clears customs which is why the origin scan is in Canada. The toll free number is *** and if the customer provides her order information, they will be able to confirm

Can the customer please confirm whether DHL has actually refused to pick up the package from her?

This Party City location is a franchise owned and operated store. I have asked our franchise liaison to contact the franchise owner for resolution

*** has not authorized a claim to be processed. Once *** has concluded their investigation, they will update us and steps will be taken in accordance with ***’s decision on the investigation

A Customer in Ohio would only be offered standard shipping, NDA and 2nd day air. Unfortunately three day would not be an option as standard shipping is only 2-days estimated. If the Customer would have called, we would have taken care of her by making sure she would have
received the merchandise in time
