The inspectors who came to look at my roof were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offered me a few different solutions and were reasonably priced. I'm looking forward to having them repair and maintain my roof going forward.

Love the Rhino Roofing company!! Greg and Daryl are awesome and answer their phones...even on weekends. I have had several issues with my roof, leaks hail damage, and they get you taken care of. And if there are issues with any job, they get it fixed. Not only that but they are very personable. They don't treat you as a customer, they treat you as family!!

Customer service was great. Daryl was very responsive and didn’t give me the runaround. The roof turned out nice. We had leak issues, but they were very responsive about coming out to address them.

We had our roof damaged by hail. Greg came out and worked with us and made sure eveything was done right. They followed up and continued to make sure eveything was right. I would definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I have had Rino Roofing do 2 roofs for me. They completed the roof in 2 days and did an excellent job. The Job went well. They were professional and cleaned the jobsite up every day they were there. I am planning on using them again on another home of mine. Mark, Gino, and Darryl were great.

Last year a bad thing happened. A winds storm blew a large tree onto our roof. Gino and his team from Rhino Roofing came to the rescue and repaired our roof. We had company coming and needed the roof repaired ASAP. Rhino worked us into the schedule expidited the work. The crew was Great, very professional, and worked very hard to complete the proejct.

Thru the entire process Gino advised us and supported us in getting the insurance claimed processed, in selecting the roof material, and offering options we should consider.

The office staff was very accomodating and supportive and professional. They assisted us in the process of moving insurance claims until all of our invoices were paid.

After it was all over, we were so impressed with our new roof and the work Rhino completed that we now think the unfortunate event was the best thing that happened to us. Our house looks great.

Best of all my wife loves our new roof.

Rhino Roofing was incredible to work with. They have replaced two different roofs for me and both times I found the representative to be accommodating,professional and very easy to work with. The work crews were great,they did their best to minimize the chaos that is usual on a work site and cleaned up the site each evening. The follow up was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

I was very pleased with the ease of the whole process. From the salesman, Charlie, to the final inspection and follow up by Darryll, the service from Rhino was awesome. Charlie even sat with me while I contacted my insurance company and gave them information that I wouldn’t have known. Darrell and Adam were very helpful in all the questions and concerns I had regarding my roof needs. Adam helped with info I didnt have any knowledge of and taught me a few important things. Darrell, was a quick response and came out to see the problem, inspected, and educated me on it. He was courteous and very helpful. So pleased with the customer service provided by Greg and Darryll. Well over a year after my new roof was installed, I called to ask if someone could look at the flashing around my skylights. Darryll arrived, very professional and courteous, to check my concerns. All is well as the skylights are self flashing, all one unit. Darryll did find an area that required a bit of sealing and took care of it free of charge.

Rhino Roofing has attempted to repair leaks on my roof on at least four occasions after the company completed their job. I have water inside at two skylights and two HVAC vents. Rhino Roofing is nonresponsive to me and has quit communication with me even though my roof is still under warranty which Rhino. I started with an inspection from an HVAC company. *** They informed me that the leaks from the vents were comming from the roof. The inspection was $96.40.

Sales Rep C. Harley S talked to me about replacing my roof . He told me that Rhino Roofing would replace my roof with the top of the line roof & home owners INS would pay for it. That's exactly what happened, Tommy T. made sure the roof (TPO) was installed properly & took care of my request, for minor customizing. Rhino delivered everything promised.

I called Rhino roofing for a estimate in a new roof. They took my contact info and said they would have a estimator contact me. Basil M from Rhino Roofing called me back. I made a appointment to meet him. He did explain to me that he was the insurance specialist. I told him that this was not going to require insurance. I just needed a new roof. On the day of the appointment, I was at the house, no Basil, no phone call, no nothing. I would gather that my money is not green enough! Very frustrating!!!!!!
