Same as everyone above, ordered on May 3rd 2020 and sent my first email on May 24th. One day later I received the shipping email, I waited and waited and finally I look at the Revdex.com today (June 13th) and now I’m #ucked I guess along with everyone else. Please go on all social media and post warning so that others won’t get scammed.

I have the same issue. Paid my money and never received my items. This is nothing but a scam. People taking advantage of honest people during a pandemic is very low.

Same story as everyone else. Charged my card. Never sent product. Terrible company. Definitely fraudulent. Out $120.

I got scammed like all the others. I had to come here to see if it was real. I ordered 2 months ago. All my inquiries are automated delay emails. I’m disputing with my bank. Tracking shows My package has been sitting in Cali for a month. WOW! I don’t trust ordering anymore.

I purchased a foot detox from this company on April 15,2020. I have not received my merchandise nor have I received any accurate shipping information. This company is a complete fraud.

This company is a total scam. Ordered on April 8th. They charged my credit card and gave me a tracking number. Contacted them three weeks later because USPS still had not received the package. I asked for a full refund. They offered a $15 refund for my "inconvenience". I refused the refund and said I was only interested in a full refund. Shortly after that I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now it is June 10th and It still remains to be seen how this will all turn out.

This is a ***! Ordered in May, it is now practically the middle of June. They got my money immediately, sent a confirmation email with a phoney "tracking number". I have sent several emails telling them to cancel my order and refund my money. I'm going to the bank Monday, and if I could would prosecute.

! At first I thought it was this whole COVID thing, and I gave them some time ... I ordered this on April 23rd. It is now June 8th 2020. I have done everything except go up to their office in California, and I have told them I was coming ... No response. I saved up money just to order this machine for my husband. I am so upset. At this point I just need my money back. These people need to be shutdown !!!

I’m in the exact same situation as the other reviews. Saw on ***. Ordered. Got an email confirming they received my order and due to Covid-19 shipping will be delayed. Got an email with tracking number and shipping update. It’s been sitting somewhere in Inglewood since May 24th with no updates. I thought due to riots maybe the building was damaged or burned. Now after reading the reviews with my same story I will have to get refund through my bank. *** needs to vet the businesses they let advertise! Super annoyed!

This company is a scam. I filed a report with FBI for internet scam. Please every file with FBI at Ic3.gov

Ordered on May 9, 2020.
Cancelled order May 18, 2020.
Got confirmation email that my money would be refunded.
Contacted them by email three times after to inquire status.
Got no refund or response.
Do Not Deal With Very Crate!

I’ve ordered a foot detox on April 20th. Shipping information came up on May 4th, and on the 4th it said it was "Picked up by Shipping partner".
The last update from Very Create (4/4/20) was:
11:15am: Your shipment has been picked up by a shipping partner and the USPS is awaiting the item. Inglewood, CA, US.
I have contact the company multiple time and every time they use Covid as an excuse. I just want my money back. Scammers

Same as all of the bottom and top complaints. If there was a zero star I would pick that. Have emailed them for refund and nothing. So disapointed.

Same issue as other reviews. The money was immediately deducted from my account on 4/14. I have yet to receive the product and have sent several emails. As we shelter in place this is sad they would take advantage of consumers in this manner. No phone line or e-mail replies. SAD!!!! I didn't want to give them 1 star but had to submit in order to leave a review.

Scammers ! Same thing as everyone else, ordered 3/31, BUT I received a 'product' last week... and guess what? The foot detox package did NOT include the foot tub... only an array to ionize the water.. which you can buy on *** for $19.99 for 2. I am only disappointed in myself for even ordering this. The reason they took so long is because they had to order from China and everyone knows it. Upon emailing them asking where the other half of my product was, I got a canned response stating that was all that was advertised, and to please refer to the product page for details (which has been taken down). Phone number out of service - everything bunk. Already called bank to dispute.

Most likely a scam. I ordered a foot detox on April 1st. On April 16th I contacted them because I had not heard anything and magically on April 17th they sent me a shipping tracking number saying it had just been shipped. It does not take 17 days to find a product and ship it. The shipping number was bogus and didn't work. I have followed up multiple times and gotten the same run around answer. "Due to COVID-19 our orders and shipping are being delayed." It is now May 27th and I still have not see my product and the shipping status says it is sitting in CA waiting to be picked up by a carrier. Now they are not responding back. Don't buy from them. If I do receive my product, I will update my comments.
