It took over 2 1/2 months to get here. I tried to cancel the order several times and they said it had already been shipped. I tracked it and it was in Inglewood for more than a month. They said they could not cancel. I am sending it back and I better get a refund. I have never been so disgusted with a company.

Cancelled my order a week prior to them shipping the package.. They do not answer emails. Still trying to get my money refunded, as I refused the package and sent it back!

This company is a joke and more than likely a scam. I ordered mine mid April and 3 months later, theyre saying its because of Covid. I get mail and packages everyday no problem. They owe me $120 and I intend on getting it back. Someone needs to lock these thieves up and get everyone their money back. Hey, Very Crate, make this right and hold up your end of the sale and stop giving people the run around.

I never have received my package which I placed in May 2020 it is now July 2020 and I still haven’t heard back from them. No call back no email back. This is super ridiculous. I want my money back.

Placed an order on 3/27/2020...After a few emails I received half of my order...I am still waiting to receive my Purple Foot Soaking Bath Basin...Will never order from this company again....

Listen to the warnings. This company is a fraud. I ordered the foot spa back in May and it is now July and I still don't have it there's no getting in touch with them it's just a recording blaming the pandemic these people do need to be sued. I was only 14 enough to get a tracking number just to see my package floating all over California and never coming to my house.

Should have checked before purchase. I ordered in April. I've had a tracking number since early May that says (and has said since it showed up) that the order is in Inglewood, CA at a USPS "shipping partner" and should be arriving soon. Repeated requests/demands for a refund all say that no refund can be issued since the item has been sent. The Post Office has no information as to the location, I.E. the "shipping partner". A *** company. Don't waste your money on these low-lifes.

Charged immediately. Waited since April for my order. Delivered this morning. No return info and I want a refund. Ordered a different brand after this (it’s the same thing ) and it was delivered within 30 days.

EVERYONE here is telling the absolute truth about this bunch of thieves. I also fell victim to their sly practice and fell for the biggest scam ever. They took my money within minutes of the order, and then sent me an email offering something to go into the foot spa for a 'special offer', which I rejected. Weeks went by with zero communication and no delivery. I emailed the company and told them since it wasn't shipped, cancel and refund my money. They sent an email confirmation that they received my cancellation and would process the refund. A few days later I got another email with a phony tracking number and notification that my order could not be cancelled because it was shipped. The tracking number was FAKE, I wish the Postmaster General would investigate and shut these thieves down. The tracking number came up as 'waiting for pick up'. A few days later I checked again, still the same message. I re-emailed them and told them to cancel this and stop this nonsense. They again, told me I couldn't cancel it was already shipped. After playing games with them for a few weeks and not seeing a shipment, I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and they got my money back. ALL OF YOU NEED TO DO THE SAME THING. Go to your bank, file the complaint that you purchased with your debit/credit card and get this done. These people should be shut down and never allowed to do business again. I see their website proudly touts their refund policy and that they are Revdex.com members. Well, according to the Revdex.com they are NOT. The Attorney General needs to get involved. All of you need to stand up for yourselves and stop being taken advantage of. I truly hope that my experience helps someone and perhaps protects another person from being victimized by these unscrupulous persons. The ONE STAR IS NOT MY CHOICE.. Ordered April 3, received June 12. Several emails were sent prior to receiving trying to locate where my package was, which was also stuck in CA for weeks! Immediately upon receipt, I requested a refund and as of today July 6th still unable to return. They have refused after countless emails to supply a return address. After reading the others on here, it is the exact same thing over and over. Their website did say "return for any reason no questions asked". Interesting, can't return even when the product was never used or even taken from it's package. Their latest email from 07/03 states this...

"For full refunds, you must return your product in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (unopened).....

"Let me know if you wish to continue to return the item and send us images of the package (unopened) you received, so we can check your return address with our warehouse team"

SERIOUSLY!? I have over a dozen emails requesting, then demanding a return address requesting a refund and they still don't get it??? Trying to push beyond that 30 day return requirement?

Worst experience ever. I too have filed a dispute with my credit card company in hopes to generate a valid response from Very Crate, and still nothing yet. Coincidentally, I tried to reach their website to properly quote from it and SURPRISE it's no longer there!?

I’ve been waiting for my product since second week of March and all I get at first is the automated it’s waiting for usps to pick up and now it’s on back order. I requested a refund and get no response

VERYCRATE SUCKS RIPPED ME OFF 119.00 FOR A PRODUCT THAT THEY SAY WAS SHIPPED . I EMAILED THEM AND GET NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND.I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD MY SHIPMENT WAS ON ITS WAY I WENT TO TRACK IT AND THEY OFF LINE. I ordered at end of April as well and still have nothing!! Card was charged, now tracking site won’t even work ! Asked for refund with no response! What a ***!!

Ordered a product 3 months ago, still no delivery. They claim Covid has closed them down and they have no phone contact, but their lack of response after three months is suspect.

This place is a ***. The website is gone. No number to call. I lost $100.00 from them. Why doesn't it let you put 0 stars.

I made my order since Apr 4, my account was debited promptly April 5. I am still waiting to receive my item. I made several contact with them but emails are responded to after 5 days of being sent. My last email on Jun 29 was not replied to. Of course I was told that they cannot cancel my order after requesting several times. My last shipping update was since April 20, saying that my package was sitting in California. These people are horrible fraudsters and I came to the realization that I might have gotten scam out of$101.00. I trusted to buy from them in these times and it's a shame they are treating customers in this manner.

I ordered this product back in April. And for the longest time, when I tracked it, it was stuck in Englewood CA. I finally got my order a few days ago. Didn't open the package because I wanted a refund. As their website states, free returns, refunds no questions asked. I have sent numerous emails to the support email only to get computer generated replies back. Always says a human will be in touch with me within 48 hours. That hasn't happened. All of my requests for a refund, have gone unanswered. Just now when I went to there website, it says this company is unavailable.
I just want to return this product & get my refund
