I requested a quote for shipping my car online from multiple sites. I received a quote from Michael R[redacted] of Elite Auto Logistics, stating it would be $797 to ship my car. During the phone conversation, he stated that I will need to pay a deposit of $197 upfront via credit card, and the remaining $600 will be due when the car is picked up from the driver. AFter confirming that I will owe $600 remaining, I paid the $197 via credit card and signed a form for the payment. A few days before the pick-up, I confirmed it again with Michael that I will be paying $600 to the driver and he said yes, that it had to be in cash, certified check or money order.
After several delays with the pickup, the driver finally picked up my car and a few hours before it was delivered to my destination, the driver tells me I owe him $800. I told the driver that it was $600, and that I had already paid my 197. He said no, to call the broker and he sent me a picture of the contract the broker sent him for $800. I immediately contacted Mike, and he first asked me if my car was picked up already, and after I said yes, he told me I owe $800 and that's what I agreed upon. I informed him of our initial conversation and when I confirmed it, in which he completely denied having said any of that and what I paid for the $197 was just for him to create a reservation and to locate a driver, and it is separate of the $800. I know for a fact that he did not mention that at all. No matter what I said, he denied it and said that this is a normal process for companies to collect a separate reservation fee and the driver fee was an additional cost.
Michael R[redacted] lied to me, and unfortunately, I was never sent a contract for the upfront payment with the remaining balance as proof. I referred my friend to this company(the same time I got the quote and didn't know of his conning methods) who told me Michael did the exact same thing to him, except he ended up owing an extra $330! So I know I was not mistaken if it happened to both of us. It could not have been a misunderstanding. I am sending this report so that this does not happen to any more unknowing victims.

This is the one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The truck was 6 days late to pick up my vehicle. Mike flat out lied to me and tried to stall providing me with answers by not answering or returning phone calls. I will never do business with them and I am advising the relocation company I used to avoid them at all costs as well. What a horrid experience.

Review: I contacted Elite Transportation and spoke with Michael R[redacted] to transport a car and got an email from with a quote for $500 plus taxes, Michael promised me the total charge was going to be $550, he confirmed it multiples times on the phone that would be all I would have to pay and that there we NO other fees. I asked multiple times to reconfirm this with him and it wasn’t until after he had my money and car did he tell me that I didn’t ask the right questions and that I signed an agreement that the $150 is non refundable. The contract does not state anywhere this would be in addition to the $150.

Also, during the conversation I had with Michael he insulted me many times and said if I try to dispute the charge with my bank he find a way to sue me. I than told him this isn’t right and would report him to the Revdex.com, in which he replied with “[redacted].” I asked him what he would say and he proceeded to tell me he would “[redacted]”

I would like for this company to not only refund the $150, but to be stopped from doing this to other people. His website does not allow outside reviews so people cannot be warned, this should be illegal.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to refund the $150, and to be stopped from doing this to other people. His website does not allow outside reviews so people cannot be warned. Full disclosure should be required.

I did not appreciate being charged more than I was quoted and agreed to prior to my vehicle being delivered.

Review: On September **, 2015, I contacted Elite Auto Logistics to have my car transported from [redacted]. My quote number was [redacted]. I was given a quote of $498. I paid $180 on Friday, September **. I was told I would pay the remaining balance, once my car arrived in New York. On Friday, September **, 2015 an auto carrier came to pick up my car, and I was told I would have to pay $400 when my care arrived in New York. I contacted Mike Fitz to ask him why I was over charged $82. He explained that my $180 was not part of my quote, which was misleading. He said he would contact his corporate office, and send me a $50 gas voucher. This conversation occurred on Monday, September **, 2015, and he has not contacted since this day.Desired Settlement: I would like $82 credited back to me.

Review: Company representative [redacted] quoted me $1198 for shipping my Toyota HIghlander from [redacted] to [redacted]. Upon my vehicle arriving in [redacted] the truck driver stated that price was incorrect and that it was an additional $100 or was not giving me my truck. After reaching [redacted] he stated he was sorry for the misquote, and would send me $75.00 in gas vouchers to compensate. 60 days later I still have not received and sometimes [redacted] responds to my emails with more lies stating he will check on it. This company misquotes just to get your business.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $100. Auto Shipping Quote #[redacted].

Review: I have tried on numerous occasions to collect payments to no avail. I have contacted Mike F[redacted] via phone/email to collect a 200 dollar deposit for a car transport carriers that I cancelled with Reliable Elite. Mike F[redacted] informed me that he will send me my deposit back and I have proof of him saying that via email. He has not sent me anything or contacted me to say it was sent. He explained that his corporate lawyer to handle it but failed to provide me with any information regarding this so called lawyers. This issues has been ongoing since August [redacted] of 2015 . I believe he swindles people out there money with lies and deceit just to get them to make a deposit into his account. How it my problem started with this company is I set up an car carrier from Chicago to Arizona which Reliable Elite (Mike F[redacted]) Quote me for 625.00 dollars for transport(have proof) he also said that my 200 dollar deposit would go towards my 625.00 and that I only owed 425.00 dollars to the driver once he picked up the vehicle I agreed to the terms. Once the driver calls me to confirm the transport he tells me that I need to give him half of my balance of 750.00 dollars. I explained to the driver that I had already paid a deposit of 200.00 towards my balance of 625.00. The driver then informed me that Reliable Elite is just a broker for real transport and that was just his fee. Mike F[redacted] never once stipulated to me that the 200.00 dollars deposit was a fee. He stipulated that the 200.00 dollars would go towards my balance of 625.00 dollars. After I was informed of this newfound information I spoke to Mike F[redacted] of Reliable Elite to cancel my order and he said he would return my 200.00 dollars deposit but he had to send the paperwork to his corporate lawyers and they would send me a check instead of just sending it back to my credit card it was transferred from. As now 9/**/2015 Reliable Elite has gone silent. I f this matter doesn't get addressed I will be taking Reliable Elite and Mike F[redacted] to small claims court for additional penalties. I would like the help of a consultant to inform me of what necessary steps to take.Desired Settlement: 200.00 dollars sent to me immediately.

Review: On 4/*/2015 we contacted Reliable Elite for a quote to ship my Mom/Dad's car from Surprise, AZ to Madison, WI. We received a quote for $700 and spoke with Tom (###-###-####) from dispatch and Mike (###-###-####) from sales. Both confirmed total cost should be $700. We made a $200 deposit for their service.

They were scheduled to pick up the vehicle from Surprise, AZ on April **. They picked up the vehicle on April **.

When the driver arrived in Madison with the vehicle, he demanded payment of $1000. While the driver was happy to negotiate a 'cash payment' down to $950, I was NOT happy paying $950 and at that time (delivery date Apr **) I complained to Reliable Elite. They cited a 'fuel surcharge' by the driver and said they would compensate us with 2 - $75 gas cards (I have this in writing) that would be mailed to us. That promise was made on April **, 2015. It is now Aug * and we still have not received the gas cards. I have had several emails with Mike at Reliable Elite whereby he's cited they ran out of gas cards, it takes 60 days, the vendors were sending them more... etc etc. (May **, May **, July *, and Aug *) and it appears (as it has been 3.5 months) that this is not being handled honestly. In a final effort, I called Mike again today and left a voicemail message citing that I would be contacting you.Desired Settlement: Receipt of 2 - $75 gas cards as promised.
