Additional information from the consumer taken by Revdex.com staff over the phone (***)Consumer received a $check from the companyThe letter attached to the check states that if the check is cashed that the consumer accepts this amount as settlement in fullThe consumer does not accept this offerThe consumer has documents to support that there is $in damage to the vehicle and that $worth of items were missing from the consumer's vehicle

We advised the maker that we would store the groceries in the refrigerator and redeem them to her at no charge & she made an appointment for the following day (8/14/15) to redeem bags of groceries (bread, chicken, cheese, smashed sheet cake) and other misc itemsShe did not come until 8/21/ to redeem the items at which time we had disposed of the perishable items, as we are not required to store food items at our facilityWe released all other items to her and waived the $fee

Response to [redacted] Customer’s Statement of the Problem:My car was repoed by the company on 11/20/The company removed all of my items from my car and placed them in stroageI went to redeem my items on 12/10/with paying to $A lot of my items were missing out of my property My daughters leap frog 2, her jordan sneakers, my clothes are missing out of my truck, my brand new shoes I ordered from the company [redacted] , all of my cds, my daughters car seat was no where to found and I only received one out of two license platesI filed a complaint on the companies website twice 12/11/and 12/22/and no one has responded to me since the complaint was filedI called the company 03/10/spoke with [redacted] whom was very rude and advised she have someone follow up with me about the complaint and it would not be by phone it would be electronic onlyI asked [redacted] is the company allowed to take items from cars the representative refused to answer the question and advised me to have a great day and hung upAlso when I picked up my car on 12/17/my driver side view mirror was damaged and hanging off the door side of the driver door was also scracthed up due to the repo company putting my car on the truck.Desired Settlement:I would like to either be refunded due to my expensive items that are missingI need around $1,for missing items and damage to the car.Response : Our office received a complaint (see below) on 12/11/We responded on 12/17/asking for a link to the missing item and a mailing address for reimbursement (see below)We did not receive a responseNow that we have received a correct address on the Revdex.com complaint we have mailed the reimbursement check for $to : [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] - President, Relentless

I tried to “reject business response” thru website but was unable to do so The website will not allow any text inserted to be inserted into the body“Response: There is no Ohio law requiring a Repossessor to allow a debtor to clean out a vehicle prior to a repossessionIf there are items in a vehicle we are required by our client to clean them out prior to the vehicle going to auction, store the items, and insure themThere is a $service fee charged for thisIf the items are not cleaned out prior to the vehicle being delivered to the auction, the debtor cannot retrieve them“ Based on this response, the items were never cleaned out of the vehicle or stored differently than within the vehicle itself The items remained within the vehicle the client had repossessed Attempts to collect the items directly after repossession were made, but was unable to be provided by Relentless Recovery, due to agent not being available to meet with vehicle owner for the site where vehicle was taken Every attempt for them not to have to “clean out, store and insure” items was made I am also being charged the fees for the storage and insurance on the vehicle which the items were in from the client that had the vehicle repossessed [redacted]

This vehicle was found parked unlocked on a city street and there was no wallet present in the vehicle at the time of recovery

I had everything in the car I drive truck and kept everything in it because when I was back it was only for a short period of time so I kept all my clothes and other items with me including any receipts that I would've hadThey have pictures of the inside of the vehicle that show it had a lot of things in itI can probably provide a new list if need be the original list was made when I drove the hour and a half to go pick my property up that was not properly storedI will see if I can get another one made up.Not sure if im to accept or reject because they were already given a list that day which [redacted] the area manager that ment me at their lot (I believe his name was) was suppose to send it in they had me make it out when I was at their lot

The unit was parked in open lot backed into parking spaceWe were able to secure wheel lift around front tires and tow the vehicle to the lot without incidentThe lift did not cause any damage or make contact with any part of the unit other then the tiresSee attached photos taken prior to the vehicle being towedThe response was previously provided to the Attorney General as well

When the vehicle was towed none of the tires moved at any point in time or had contact with the groundSee attached photo of the rear tires secured by the wheel lift and the front tires secured in tow dollies
