I am rejecting this response because: I do not have to bring an individual matter to the attention of AT & T since the FTC and multiple attorney generals acted in the public's best interestHowever, I am requesting copies of every single bill generated by AT & T so I can dispute the billing practices dating back to If you cannot generate a bill for every month since I was a customer, I am demanding removal from all reporting credit bureausIf your company fails to comply with my request, I will bring issue to the forefront regarding collection practices of your company and AT & T. validity and credibility of the corporate giant.
Sincerely,

RPM received Ms***’s Dish account for collection on May 8, On May 11th, RPM mailed Ms*** a notice advising her of the debt, amount owed, and her rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)RPM received no response to this noticeRPM’s business records reflect no contact with Ms*** by telephone despite multiple attempts to contact herOn August 10th, Dish advised RPM that Ms*** had paid the account balance directly to themThe account trade-line was updated to reflect the paid status. Ms*** attaches a letter to her complaint that was never received by RPMThe letter was sent to our mail vendor where undeliverable mail is returnedAdditionally, the letter does not request anything of RPM, dispute the underlying debt, or request verificationMs*** stated that she would review her documents and pay the obligation, however it took her several months to do so and the account was credit reported in the interim. As a data furnisher to the credit reporting agencies, RPM has contractual and legal obligations to furnish accurate informationIt is our belief that Ms***’s account is being accurately reported as paid in fullUpon receipt of this complaint Dish advised that Ms*** reactivated her service and has been current on her account the past two monthsAs a result, Dish has requested that RPM remove the account trade-line from Ms***’s credit history. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive any correspondence from RPM as they claim to have until days after I filed the complaint to the Revdex.com on 7/18/A claim to have sent me any correspondence is not proofIf I had received anything I would have handled the situation appropriatelyI filed the complaint as soon as I received an alert that my credit report had a new collection addedFurthermore, the alleged debt in question still has not been validated nor have they furnished a contract with any signature proving that I am the one that owes it.I will continue my dispute with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and each of the credit reporting agencies individually until my resolution, the complete removal of any and all collection reporting, has been fulfilled.
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have spoken with representatives at both Transunion and Experian- neither of them have EVER received information from RPM regarding this account being removed- not in January nor this monthI have just confirmed this on the phone with both of themFurther, RPM is most certainly blocking my callsI did it again today where when I call from my phone, no one answers or it immediately stops ringing, but two seconds later when I call from someone else's phone, they pick upI even tried hooking my phone number up to a different physical phone, just to make sure it was not my phone and the same thing happenedI would be willing to do this all live on a video feed to prove they are absolutely rejecting my callsAlso, they are lying about submitting a request to have it be removed from the credit bureaus, as I have just re-confirmed this information with them todayAlso, I have still not received the email stating that this account is being removed from RPM, as they stated they would send me last weekThey are blatantly lying with everything the said in their response.
Sincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me - as long as RPM truly desists from future harassing telephone calls
It would have been responsible on the part of RPM, however, to have first verified an individual's telephone number first before barraging the family on the other end of the telephone line with unnecessary and repeated telephone calls clearly intended to intimidate and harass - only to later discover [after a complaint to the Revdex.com] that the target of their collections attempt was not at that telephone number
