Unable to reach customer service using telephone number
Became extremely difficult to receive cash payout

Apologies, we do not have a dedicated customer service phone number at this time. We do offer email customer support in which we do have a 48-hour window to respond (only due to the weekend). Typically though we respond within 1 day or less.
As for it being difficult to receive your cash back, as we told you in a customer service email, it was suspected that you were referring yourself (and we have evidence of that) to earn bonus cash back. Our rules for Refer-a-Friend state "RebatesMe reserves the right to cancel referral bonuses that include, but not limited to, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, referrals of members of the same household, fraud, returns and unusual activities."
In this case, it looks as though multiple members in the same household have been creating accounts only to earn the Bonus. As well as other evidence that we have.
You also did not make any purchase with RebatesMe to qualify you for a withdraw. Please see our FAQ for all the rules on how to earn cash back with RebatesMe.

I made a purchase using a cashback link from this site. They refused to give me any cashback based on their fine print.
Basically, this business misleadingly display a certain amount of cashback for the product I bought. In its fine print, it says 0 for this item --with a TYPO. This is not only intentionally dishonest but also phishing because you wouldn't think the fine print with the TYPO actually contradicts the main term. What is more outrageous, this business posts cashback value 24 hours after my purchase, making canceling and ordering from another legit cashback site impossible.
The custom service uses a suspicious Chinese social media site QR code--not sure if our credit card or other personal information is leaked.

I have looked into the customers communication with our customer service team.

It shows that they asked us to give them the 4% cash back rate, we reached out to the merchant and they declined the order as not qualified for the rebate. In situations where the merchant denies the rebate or commission, we do not pay cash back as, they only deny it when there is a violation.

After a couple back and fourth emails our CS team decided to give the customer a subsidy of $25 for this error and instructed them on when they can withdraw it.

As for deleting their account information, I'm more than happy to comply with that, however, I cannot delete their information without them first withdrawing their money. If I delete their account first they would not be able to withdraw that money.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my money!!

Cash Back is available for withdrawing after 90 days from your order date. Typically after 7 days your cash back will show up in your account. If it does not, you have up to 90 days after the order date to submit a "Missing Cash Back Inquiry". However, this can also take up to 90 days for our merchants to get back to us on the matter.

subscription was placed on August 14, 2018 for a $100 cashback from Rebatesme and the cashback was never posted to my account even though the shopping trip to *** was clicked and notated on the account. There is no way that a purchase would not have occurred and not have been reported to Rebatesme unless Rebatesme is in the business of scamming customers for their own gains.

When a customer clicks through RebatesMe to a merchant in this case ***, a cookie is placed to show that the user came from our channel. Sometimes clicking on another offer, even from the merchants site will change the cookie, making it look like they came from an offer somewhere else. In these cases we reach out to the merchant to have them confirm or deny the "channel" (rebatesme, and email, another site, their own site etc) that the order came from.

In this case, *** determined that this order did not come from RebatesMe. Therefore do not pay the commission to us for the sale and so we cannot supply the cash back to the customer.

RebatesMe LLC is operating as *** website and provide online shopping cashback service. On July 08, 2018, "Rebatesme" website was offering a 50% cashback shopping in "Tulo US". And I made a purchase on the Tulo US with the click through Rebatesme website.
On July 09, 2018 I was noticed by the Rebates me through email that the cashback is only $50, not 50% as advertised.
I contacted customer service through email. Joanne, the customer service, claimed the "50% cashback listing is a mistake" at July 10, 2018 1:21 AM CST. And Joanne insisted the $50 cashback is all they have.
However, the website still shown as "50% cashback on Tulo US" at July 10, 2018. They changed the offer to "$30 cashback on Tulo US" on July 11, 2018.
The service offered by Rebatesme is a scam. They tried to fraud customer to click through their link to purchase products and get a high cashback rebate. But later they claim the offer was a mistake and refuse to payout the original offer term.

Our team did some digging and found that during that time and error in our backend had switched the "%" and "$" symbols. This took some time to find as it was only a select few merchants for a couple of days. Since we found the issue, we have added the $211 remaining that is owed to the customer. We have emailed the following to them.

"Hi ***,
My name is Martin I saw your complaint on Revdex.com.com and I started my own investigation into the matter.Recently we found a bug in our system that would reverse the "%" and "$" symbols. Luckily it was only a few times it actually occurred. Unfortunately, Tulo was one of these pages that was affected during the time of your order.Your cash back as you stated should be $261. Your account has the $50 from the initial cash back. We will be adding the remaining $211 to your account for a total of $261 in cash back for the Tulo US order.Please let me know if you have any questions at all. -MartinRebates Customer Team"
