This company is basically an outsourcing for risk management costs. Don't want to pay an actual risk manager? Hire Compliance Depot. This leads to HUGE problems. They send out letters to companies and agents stating coverage is non-compliant when they've actually not been reviewed yet. This leads to confusion with insureds and agencies alike. This is a poorly-run and poorly-operated company in the majority of their processes. These aren't insurance professionals, they just look to check boxes and have NO IDEA what those boxes mean. It's a crime they've been able to exist this long without major complaints to their owners.

This is the worst company there is. they do not prosess paper work on time. They lose all the paperwork and they say you did not send it to them. more than 3 weeks waiting for them to finish prosecuting my paperwork. Every caller is delayed to answer the phone.
please do not use this company. It's like mafia you will be robbed.

I'd submit a formal complaint, but that wont help. Hopefully someone reads this. Every year I have to jump throuygh hoops with these folks when it comes to renewal. Yesterday, there wasn't a place to in put new credit card information so I had to make a phone call to be lectured on how to do so. Today, it is someone telling me to perpetrate fraud by filling out a w9 incorrectly. In the past it has been arguements over the correct format of insurance forms. EVERY time I confront them with correct information, like quoting the instructions on the W9, or information from a licensed insurance agent. When I do, miracel of miracels, the problem goes away. No harm no foul right. WRONG. A couple hours of my time has disapeared in the process for these inept people to figure out I am speaking the truth. For all the management companies out there trying to have off site record and vendor management, choose a different company. I don't think I will renwe my account next year. If I could give zero stars and say, "*** NO RUN AWAY", in the reccomend box, I would.

I've been vendor for Compliance
Depot for some time, and my go to person is Jennifer *** she's the best!!! She is super fast and efficient. This lady solves my problems and goes above and beyond to help me. So glad that i'm a part of company with such employees.

They are a very horrible company and very unorganized. We have had issue after issue with them. From an insurance standpoint, I tell my clients to run when you hear their name. I have no idea why any company would use this service. The poor vendors that have to deal with their *** on a daily basis. I think they are in the business to make life difficult for everyone involved. If you're a vendor, run away and don't turn back.

How could this company possibly have a B- rating. At best it's a D-.
I've had my pay cut off 4 times because of Compliance Depot. They do not communicate with the vendors to let them know when a document is needed until it's past due. Once you send the documents in they either find something wrong with it even if it was just a signed document. They do not process the documents within 48 hours as they say they do and you have to keep calling to talk to someone there. Most of the time you call and get someone that doesn't speak English so you have to ask for someone else. ICE needs to look into this company. They loose documents every time I have to call them and one customer service rep will tell you they need one thing and another with tell you just the opposite. I have submitted at least 15 W-9 forms in the last week and a half and it still has not been update. My pay has been cutoff again so I am unable to pay my workers. This company need to be shut down.
And to top it off, I have to pay them over $100 every year for this kind of service.
