What a horror of a company! I have to pay for the "privilege" of providing service to my clients. All compliance depot does is collect my W-9 and a "master service agreement" which basically absolves them from any responsibility for anything. Their customer service is the worst - no one there has any idea what they are talking about. It's impossible to get anyone to answer a question and when they finally do answer, it makes no sense whatsoever. How do they manage to get my clients to sign up with them??? And last - t you can't get off automatic renewal, so they charge you annually for companies you no longer serve. This company is one big fraud

What a horror of a company! I have to pay for the "privilege" of providing service to my clients. Their customer service is the worst - no one there has any idea what they are talking about. It's impossible to get anyone to answer a question and when they finally do answer, it makes no sense whatsoever. How do they manage to get my clients to sign up with them??? HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I have to submit MY OWN W9 even though they have them, require them to be compliant, but I am still doing the work myself!! so why do we pay $100 per year per customer for me to do the work myself?? And every 3 months it seems like they are kicking my company out and causing trouble with receiving checks for work that was done over a month ago!!! I have gone to Accounts Payable manager, and she also tells me that it is because if compliance depot!!! OK, so I call and nobody knows their left hand from their right.... and every period, comma, crossed T and dotted I BETTER be right or they will reject it!! this company has been the biggest headache of my life!!!

Great! - if you would like to make your vendors angry, make them pay for the privilege of doing business with you, blame them when you don't pay your bills because they didn't pay the exorbitant subscription fees and increase their insurance to cover your 3rd cousin's dental bills in the event of a volcano. I'm glad companies like this exist, because otherwise people would have to pay their bills on time and not have a third party to blame for everything!

They are not qualified to do compliance and are losing business for their customers. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Ive been held hostage by this company. They run me and my Ins. agent ragged and when I called and asked to talk to the owner I was told he doesn't talk to customers. I own my buss. and for any reason someone wants talk I pick up the phone.

This company does not know anything about insurance or anything else for that matter. They continuously send requests for items that they have been sent DOZENS of times. Their response? They put you on a MONTHLY automatic list for the emails to get sent out regardless if you have complied. DUMB AS DIRT and WORTHLESS.
